Red and yellow sliced heirloom* tomatoes with a garnish of cucumbers and onions, sprinkled liberally with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Except for the onions, all are straight from our garden. This casino used to be a tuxedo shop in the mid-1990's. I had come here to rent a tux for a performance at the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Center as part of a choir performing backup for (drum roll, please...) Barry Manilow, on several songs, including "I Write The Songs" and "It's A Miracle".
