This shop is more than 100 years old. Slices were all hand-made.
只要大家問：刀子那麼貴，是有利啊嘸？賣刀的阿公就會有點激動的說：阮是百年e老店，嘸信恁去問看賣! 後來阿嬤買了一隻專門的剁刀，回去可以剁雞肉煮好吃的麻油雞給我們吃。

Didn't get the focus right on this one, but he was using a long knife to slice the head off a fresh tuna.
With cherries I grew myself! Those sungolds are amaaaaazing. Topped this with homemade croutons and homemade buttermilk dressing. So good I ended up eating everything that was leftover while we did dishes.
