This is a setup shot for my glass-bottom product setup.
I didn't have two softboxes handy so I'm using one softbox and a shoot-through umbrella, with a black disc on top to block ceiling reflections. Using a black fleece blanket on a boom in the background.

This is the setup that I used for my duckling time-lapse shots.
I mounted the camera (with 15mm fisheye lens on a heavy duty Giottos MH-3300 Pro Ball Head (just the head).
I tethered the camera to my laptop and used. EOS Utility software to control it. Software was set to fire the camera every 5 seconds.

Ambient was a fan light above. Shot in my office last night. Trying to learn the proper way to setup my lights based on the Lighting in Layers DVDs.
First, I know ambient didn't matter, so I setup my fill light: 430EXii on 1/16 power into a shoot thru umbrella on camera axis about 6' away and 4' up. Then, I added my backdrop light since I knew that would be the same as I have been doing before. I upped it to 1/2 power since I only had one light for the backdrop. Then I started working on my key light. I at first tried to use a bare flash and the result wasn't bad but I'm just drawn to the light wrapping qualities of the softbox. So I threw my softbox up there and set the flash to full power. Even with the key light at 90 degrees to me, the light just wraps and fills both me and Soph in the picture. Love it! Triggered using PW Flex TT5s.
The resulting shot is here. I used the bounce board to help shield (flag?) the camera lens from flare that the SB-80DX would have otherwise caused.

This is the setup for this image
Main light is the softbox on the left. This lights the glass and bottle, and also provides the reflections. I used gaffer's tape around the edges of the softbox so it would have nice sharp edges -- on the earlier wine glass photo, I noticed that some of the edges were a little irregular. The softbox is lit by an SB-600, with a diffused LED flashlight for my ghetto "modelling light."
The large white reflector on the right provides a bit of fill light, mostly for the right side of the wine label. It also adds a little light to the neck of the bottle, so it doesn't disappear into the background.
The lightstand is holding a second SB-600, zoomed to 85mm, to provide light for the shadow of the bottle. There's a catalog cover taped to it to act as a gobo, to keep light off the background (it was lighting the couch a little too much).
There's also a round reflector on the left -- this is used to help the trigger flash reach the slave. Both flashes are triggered using the Nikon CLS system.
This is the setup for my L102 Direct reflection entry.
The SB-26 is turned away for this foto. The tungsten modeling light is attached to the same tripod as the strobe and the illuminated area on the scirm is about the same as the sb-26 gives. eBay trigger for the flash
this is just the setup shot for image titled "fire". Two lights used and fired them with a sb28 on camera and bounced off the ceiling set to a low manual power to set off the strobes slave.

iPhone 4
Set up from our COP (Canada Olympic Park) shoot today. We are shooting the camera in tungsten white balance so all the flashes appear blue. Only the main light on the subject is gelled with a full cut of CTO to make the tungsten setting.
It's a loonie hanging from a spoon by magnetism provided by several attached fridge magnets. There's a maple leaf taped to the back of the spoon, and a small flashlight backlighting it all (well, mostly the leaf).
