I've had people ask me what I use to take my product photos so here it is. It's so not-fancy.
Literally two clamp lamps each containing a 75w halogen bulb (though I think I may upgrade to 150w bulbs since I bounce them off the ceiling), and a 4' table with a roll of white paper opened on top of it. That's it.
I have my Nikon D-40 on a tripod in front of this setup, which obviously I couldn't include in the photo as I was using it to take the picture :D

Speedlight at full power in softbox - pointed straight at model against white paper
setup - master flash on-board camera not used to light subject - just controlling other 2 flashes. flash 1 passive. flash 2 on 1/16th power in shoot-through umbrella, proving general fill. Flash 3 on 1/8th power with snoot aligned to (mostly) fill family of angles on egg-lifter ends, and create forward reflections on background fabric

Here's the pickup with the new GFS Lipstick pickups and a 2-knob setup.
Test fitting on the body with the new pickups and wiring setup. At first I was worried the new switch would be too large, but everything fit just fine
My dual widescreen setup at home. With everything that I do, I need two more monitors.
