I am not sure that the two marked lens splotch are on the sensor--they are visible even on the wide aperture shots, and they might be lens dust.
The one marked Factory original spot has been present in every photo where it might be seen; unfortunately I did take any appropriate test shots the day I got the camera, and the first few shots I did keep were not suitably light and small aperture. But it was definitely there in the first set of shots I have from the kit lens, before I had done anything but put the kit lens on the camera body, no other lens changes.
View in 100% for better comparision. I didn't get rid of all the spots but anyway quite an improvement...besides the fact that I almost died of an heart attack because I was so afraid to damage the sensor.
