Lovely pink bow flats found at local second hand store. Couldn't resist although they're not of my size...

In Downtown Bombay the streets are really paved with gold if you happen to be a book lover. Books all shapes sizes, hardbound-paper, most especially endless reading.

Picture taken around the several second-hand book store around fort, Bombay.

All secondhand. The little bag is a Christian Dior perfume bag that i thought was cute for a purse.. seeing as my other polka dot one just broke :o(

Recently purchased, post-washing and -sorting. It cost me £50 - do you think it was worth it? Most of the bricks were from 1995 or earlier (approx.).

There's some great baseplates there, and some good classic minifigs - Blacktron, M-tron, early 90s pirates, early 90s castle etc.

I almost gave up while sorting this!

CN 705 has two of CN's secondhand units (CN 5433 & CN 2192) as well as some loaded TankTrain cars (destined for Maitland, ON) ahead of the oil empties. Here it heads west through Lachine.

Pictures of the kimono and related items I bought from a tiny second-hand shop I found in Arashiyama, Kyoto.

I bought:

Black Haori (3000)

Pale Green Haori (1000)

White/Black Kimono (5000)

Green/Blue Kimono (2000)

Blue Rainbow Obi Set (2500)

White Tabi Socks (1000)

Red Cord Zori Shoes (1500)

There are expected minor imperfections, mostly on the insides along common sweat stain areas or a few possible sunburn spots. I believe they're all mainly silk though, and they're very well-made.

The obi is a premade-type, so I don't have to learn how to tie it! Thank god, otherwise I'd never wear these.

Sign made from a light box purchased at a thrift store with fabric cut from an orange shirt stretched over it (the "volunteer" graphic was already on the shirt). Still trying to figure out a way to hang it in my window.

This Dennis Dart SLF was new to Metroline as DLD71, now owned by Emsworth & District this is one of two owned from this batch.

This one was part of a vintage tank dress that I bought and wore but it was such a straight shape that the bottom ended up ripping so I cut the bottom part off and now it's just a top and this fabric is the cut-off part. Oops. I think I see a stain right in the middle of it.

500 pieces, secondhand but still sealed and complete

14.2 x 18.9 in

Yet another charity shop find, and most likely an unwanted gift as the bag of pieces was unopened, A quick check on the website (see above) revealed that this size retails for £29.99! Extremely easy assembly because of the large blocks of colour, but still a nice find, with well-fitting pieces.

2019 piece count: 81900

"You are calm and reposed,

let your beauty unfold.

Pale white like the skin stretched over your bones.

Spring keeps you ever close,

you are second hand smoke.

You are so fragile and thin,

standing trial for your sins.

Holding on to yourself the best you can."
