Rusty teaches at two Izumo Junior Highs and a few shogakko as well and will be staying in Japan for his 3rd year as a JET.
Another of my ugly pictures that doesn't truly apply, I actually had a different shot of this as a desktop for awhile.
Somewhere downtown San Angelo, go find it!
Rusty Kleet on the boardwalk in St. Clair, Michigan at Palmer Park along the St. Clair Michigan looking some hills of sand in Canada across the river.
Floridata website calls this one of the best kept secrets in flowering shrubs and small trees. I have to agree totally. Mine has not failed to flower, since it reached flowering size about 4 years ago, despite flood, drought, WAY subzero temperatures, etc. Insects barely touch it also.
Last year, due to -27F (record) I lost a number of shrubs, and then followed by severe drought, I lost more. This guy wasn't watered at all, and didn't miss a beat.
It has these lovely (and somewhat sweetly scented) flowers, glossy leaves which turn scarlet or purple late in the fall, blue-black berries which the birds love.
Mine is in full sun, but I'm told it does fine in horrid dry shade too.
GO PLANT ONE NOW!!!!
I found this room built into a overhang below the cabin.
This photo was taken at Pine Mountain State Park in Kentucky.
Rusty is a neighbours dog, they were out walking in the snow and Rusty looked so gorgeous against the white, had to photograph him.
RUSTY is a handsome Boxer/Pit mix who’s a little under one year old. He’s a friendly, affectionate young dog with lots of energy and enthusiasm – really just a big puppy at heart! He loves his toys, pays attention well for food treats (he would LOVE to go to obedience class!!) and does well with other dogs.
Rusty is looking for an active home where he’ll have lots of exercise and kind, consistent training.
Rusty lives in Kennel 5.
