I remembered to take the macro lens with me to Sneydes Rd. on Saturday knowing there is lots of rusty fencing around the paddock.

An elegant bicycle rack under the vast high roof of the Flinders University recreational area in Tonsley Park.
From our brief cold snap in October. It’s been mild and dry since then but we’re expecting a big snowfall just in time for Christmas. We had a lot of migrating Rusty Blackbirds this Fall. There were 3 Wilson’s Snipe as well who didn’t look as happy in the snow and ice as this fellow.

I have a little theme of rust running through today, but this is the last view of the orange lichen at Low Head I will give you in this series. Once again this photo is taken looking into the direction of the mid afternoon summer sun. This is exactly the sort of rough headland that the Low Head Lighthouse is protecting ships from.
