I think this bike must has been pulled out of the canal as it is covered in rust..
Camera in hand went out to look for something rusty and within a short time found this rusty surprise..
From our "Riverboat Postman" tour on the Hawkesbury River. One of the old boats that used to carry freight down the river. Not much left now and I can't remember the story that we here told. Think it just ran aground.
Gwynant Lake, one of the most dramatic and beautiful valleys in Wales. Its northern slopes rise to the summit of Wales highest mountain Snowdon and to the south lies the relatively undisturbed hills of Moel y Dyniewyd and the Moelwynion range.
From my walk today under cloudy and chilly skies I had some cooperative birds visit me.
This is a rusty black bird. While not a water bird, this time of year they can walk on water!
