Under a milky sky the Operation Life Saver train rolls down the coal runner in Superior. The two Budd RDC cars and Soo 700 were from the LSRM.
Quite popular in the Middle East, this versatile little 4x4 comes in all shapes, sizes, colors, and if you know the right people the right modification to gain a leg up on situations that would hinder your driving experience. More often than not you will find them abused to high hell, but with this little beauty, rust red never looked so good

A small arctic base runabout design to make doing surveys and hauling small cargo easier.
Mostly built to make use of those R2D2 droid legs that I love but can never find a good use for.
Recently I bought four Indian Runners to join the menagerie and thought they would make excellent subjects for the old Hasselblad. These photos were taken under natural light in a small catching pen with a dark navy cloth in one corner to serve as a blank background. I used a 21mm extension tube to get a 'portrait' of the ducks with a 150mm lens.
Some Pueblo Native American tribes, including the Hopi, believed the roadrunner provided protection against evil spirits. In Mexico, some said it brought babies, as the white stork was said to in Europe. Some Anglo frontier people believed roadrunners led lost people to trails: Wikipedia
The mart runner doing his thing - Maynooth Mart - 1988.
Maynooth Mart was one of the largest private marts in the midlands. The Mart closed in 2002 after 40 years of trading on the Dublin road site. The Mart was quickly demolished and the former now is a Tesco Superstore.

so you give it to the wind,
but you don't let it go
