Running no more. Propped up against a wall of an abandoned house.

Went for an early morning stroll.

Plymouth Road Runner at the Street Mag Show in Hannover.

Nothing like an evening jog... I haven't done that since my much younger days but still, if I concentrate I can vaguely remember what it was like ;))

With less than 20 minutes until sunset, New Mexico Rail Runner train no. 519 literally pulls through the middle of the busy intersection of St. Francis Dr. and Cerrillos Rd. just south of downtown Santa Fe. As with most views around this northern New Mexico city, the Sangre de Cristo Mountains loom in the background.

This train will only run as far south as Albuquerque, before tying up for the day.

... but a inspirent atmo on the way along the Seine

Lorenzo, a great friend from Italy and Marathon runner, visited me last weekend. He trained for the first day for Montreal's Marathon.....

British Airways Helicopters Sikorsky S-58T G-BCLO seen crew training down at Shoreham back in the 1980's

This is a Turbine conversion of the basic piston engine driven S-58 airframe allocated H-34 Choctaw when in military service with the US and various air arms throughout the late 1950's, 60's & 70's

The British Westland Wessex was a licence-built S-58 eventually powered by twin RR Gnome Turbo-shaft engines, used extensively by the RAF and RN

Civilian operators used the Wessex for oil-rig related operations for which this S-58T in the colours of BAH was probably also used. This one has a Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6T-3 Twin-Pac Turboshaft replacing the original piston-power plant

I'm not sure how many they acquired but I think they were short-lived with BA?

Blast from the past! - Part 2

In my opinion, another awesome classic from the 90's.

CSX GP38-2 2677 was leading a westbound Rock Runner off of the Alexandria Extension at Riverdale to head for West Virginia in 2002.

Built as Louisville and Nashville 6026 in 1979, this EMD is still active on the CSX roster as of 2024.

People are cautious as the virus has mutated.

I shot the local softball league finals the other night. We should have a few in Sunday's paper.

Cliff's Meat Market's Lucy Stephenson (cq) makes a mad dash for third while Chapel Hill Air's Diane Koenigshafer (cq) waits for the throw at second base during the rirst game of the hard-fought double-header softball finals at Carrboro's Hank Anderson Park on Tuesday evening. Cliff's Meat Market went on to win both games, taking the championship in Carrboro Parks and Recreation's Spring Adult Co-Rec Softball league.

Another capture from the marathon yesterday.

We had BLADE RUNNER, and San Carlo had NINA RUNNER! Perfect recipe on boredom ;) Thank you Graham!!! Great RP!!!

I just hope that killing boredom will not be deadly for me one day ;)
