Pedestrian bridge in iron, built in 1913, blown up in 1940 by English soldiers, broke into 2 pieces. Got renovated and became a protected monument.

At first you may wonder what the title is all about? Try to zoom in at the center. Have you ever taken a photo and then afterwards discovered elements included that were not intended but improved the photo?

Photo was taken yesterday at the bird sanctuary/ Habitat in Belmont. Autumn is really at its prime now.

Enjoy the weekend all!

Ma basterebbe guardare

l'autunno dal lato positivo

ci accorgeremmo

di quanto è splendido.

Vedere la natura

che colora le piante

di mille colori

come se l'arcobaleno

passando tra i rami

abbia colorato le foglie.

Not much going on this still warm morning at the "pond" but goofy coots chasing each other. I'm not sure why the trailing splash isn't sharper - shutter speed was certainly fast enough. I guess it's just DOF or lack thereof. The coot was definitely coming my way. With the Winter Olympics coming up, I thought it does somewhat resemble the speed skater.

Dans la foule du centre-ville s'empressant pour ses dernières emplettes avant le Réveillon de Noël, un coureur de Noël s'entraîne... Sans doute pour faire un peu de place pour la dinde qui l'attend le soir-même...!
