Built in 1910 to replace St Luke's Anglican Church which was destroyed by fire in 1905. The cathedral's windows were badly damaged by the Halifax Explosion in 1912. The explosion also damaged the structure but that wasn't noticed until recently begining a costly restoration.
This photo was used on the 2010 Canadian Anglican Church callender as well was a pamphlet for the church's fundraising.
Five thousand people attended the Replace Hazelwood Rally in Melbourne on Saturday, 6 November, increasing pressure on John Brumby and Ted Baillieu to commit to replacing all of Hazelwood power station within the next term of Government.
The future of Hazelwood has become the key test of parties’ climate change credentials at this state election. The power station was recently described by Premier Brumby as the “dirtiest and most polluting power station in Australia”.

This is the biggest stamp I’ve crave. It has a length of 30 cm.
The draft of this “big” stamp referred to the famous Chinese painting “Along the River During the Qingming Festival”.
Since I didn’t want to crave a stamp which was totally alike the painting, so I draw so many little vegetables for replacing those medieval people.
To transfer the ink to cloth is so difficult that I west much cloth while working and finally complete it .

Superior Russo Japanese WW1 and WW2 Japanese Type 26 Revolver With Holster. 9mm Japanese caliber. Double action only. Koishikawa Arsenal production serial number in the 27,xxx range and all original. 98% original bright blue finish with little evidence of wear. Left side of frame with light flaking with balance of blue very bright. Checkered wood grips in mint condition. Perfect working order. Mint bore and chambers that look unfired. Original holster in excellent condition with Kanji on inside flap. Japanese acceptance stamps on butt around lanyard ring crisp. These revolvers saw action during the Russo-Japanese War, WW1 and WW2. This was the officer's sidearm that was replaced by the Nambu.
I had a really, really good Saturday. I let myself be lazy in the morning, and watched Finding Nemo on the Disney HD channel. Then I got some housecleaning done. Then, I did the dreaded "swap out" of summer/winter clothes. Amazingly enough, everything from last year STILL FIT or was even a little loose (score!). I also found a pair of nice jeans I didn't know I owned mixed in with my shorts (bonus!).
We went out for a nice dinner, then hit Target for some much needed shopping, including replacement table lamps. I don't think the cats can break these as easily as the last ones.
Finally, home, SP, and chillin' on the couch. An all around good, good day.
All good field trips require adequate nutrition. These marine mammals are feasting on ice cream and popcorn.

As the new glass fuses arrived I was able to replace the blown slow blow with for now a 1.8 Amp fast blow fuse. I was also unhappy that a 5 Amp fuse was fitted to the power in. As the bus has a 3Amp fuse and the earth is a 1.8 I really feel this was offering no protection to the unit. So I took a chance and fitted a second 1.8 Amp fast blow fuse.
As you can see the first power up was a success, no hot smell and no smoke. BUT and there is always going to be a but we have one dead 7 segment display and one half dead one reading 7777 instead of 0000....
