There are no pix of before the floor was ripped out, all I can say it that it was nasty! The joice (s) however, were as good as new. Also this is the new toilet, having to be put in just for an afternoon only to be uprooted the next day for the tile project.
Replacing it all with peel-n-stick. Yeah, that sucked. Liked the original solution better, but it is what it is.
HEADS HAVE ALSO BEEN GIVEN A LIGHT ALL OVER SANDING ..AS I AM CHANGING THE PAINTJOB TOO TO GIVE A MORE FRIENDLY MOUTH ..AND BETTER FOCUS TO THE EYES.

THIS IS UNUSUAL FOR ME. BUT IT SHOULD PRODUCE A NICE SET OF VERY ATTRACTIVE JOEYS ( AND DUPLICATE VERSIONS)
I picked up this old Stanley level at least 15 years ago. It has always indicated true, but the glass was beat up, and a couple of the pieces were broken. I finally decided to see what it would take to replace them, and it wasn't much. The old pieces popped right out, and new ones, cut from some clear plastic I had, popped right back in.
After evil bunny rabbits killed off an arbor vitae shrub with over 20 years of spreading roots in the house landscaping, it took a lot of effort with hand tools to remove it, and replace it with a new lilac bush. I've missed having any lilacs on the property the past few years, so hope this new one holds out a while.

We are so thankful to all of our wonderful volunteers, both those who took time from their work and personal lives to help at the site as well as to the over 800 RNs from around the US who signed up to assist. The deployment team included California RNs from facilities including Kaiser (Fremont, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Rafael, and Roseville); UCSF, Little Company of Mary Torrance, Sierra Nevada, and Tri City Medical Center; retiree RNs from Mills Peninsula, Kaiser Sacramento, and O’Connor; and a non-union RN from Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, LA. Retired Board Member Jane Sandoval served as Team Lead for the first group of RNs, and will be replaced this Saturday by Board member and CNA President Cathy Kennedy for the final stretch of the deployment. The team was under the local direction of long-time RNRN partner, International Medical Corps.
Cody takes a break from smoothing the dewly-dug crawl space and removing a tree stump from under the old brick foundation. It's amazing what you can do with some house jacks, some expertise, and a lot of hard-assed work.
