So that the custom wood cannons can adhere properly, I work the entire interior with bass frames and decks...in tiers.
Results have be very effective in past builds with the use of special adhesives. Also, because of the aging of this kit the beakhead of the model snapped, but was addressed after the deck frames were installed.
Bad capacitors from a Bell 9241 HD PVR. So far so good... no lockups yet.
The 1200uF aren't available from Sayal but was able to get them from Newark. I also then decided to get the 820uF from them also to have it all shipped at the same time plus they're made by Rubycon (which are considered the best out there), except Newark doesn't stock these in North America, so they had to get them from the UK if I recall. Arrived in the US on 9/1 and it's been stuck at US customs ever since, so picked up the 820uF made by Nichicon (they're okay, Panasonics would have been better) at Sayal.
So if you order anything from Newark and there's no stock in North America, look elsewhere!! And don't get capacitors made by Teapo.

Gutters are essential for a home because they draw water away from it, preventing erosion, rotting and moldy roofs and attics, and leaky basements. Gutters will wear down over time and ultimately need to be replaced. An important factor that affects the cost to replace gutters is the materials that make up the gutters. Here’s a breakdown of gutter replacement costs based on rain gutters and downspouts cleaning.
The most expensive gutters are copper gutters, with costs ranging from $40 to $100 per piece. While copper gutters function just as well as any other kind of gutter, most people really get them because of how good they look. The value of copper drives the price, and sometimes these gutters are a target for thieves who want to cash in on some easy metal. If you can afford to pay for beautiful copper gutters, then do so, but remember that copper gutters are prone to color changing as time passes.
Steel gutters aren’t the cheapest gutters you can find, but they’re still less expensive than copper gutters, with costs in the $11 to $33 range. These gutters are perfect for bad weather because of their strength and weight, giving them a longer life. Their effectiveness in moving water is the same as other gutters. Buying steel gutters will ensure that the next replacement or repair won’t need to happen for quite a while, as long as the house lasts.
Aluminum gutters are the second cheapest gutter type, with a cost range of $6 to $12. Aside from being cheap, they also have the advantage of being easy to install because of how lightweight they are. Being lightweight also counts as a disadvantage, because aluminum gutters take more damage and often need replacement or repair quicker than a stronger metal like steel. Still, they’re a pretty good deal, especially in areas where the weather isn’t so harsh.
Vinyl gutters have a price range of $4 to $8, making them the cheapest. These gutters don’t have a lot of durability or longevity, but they are decent in low-stress weather environments without much temperature change. Replacements will happen sooner, but given how much they cost, owners may not mind.
Material composition matters when it comes to the cost to replace gutters. Choose a gutter that is within your budget and strength requirements.

For those contemplating replacing their existing lawn with Carex pansa or C. praegacilis, I would suggest thinking twice on the idea. As a result of three years cultivation of this Carex lawn, I have stopped using both Carex pansa and Carex praegacilis as alternative lawn substitutes. In my experience, they do not work with amended clay soils, locations that are too shaded in winter, soils that stay wet in winter, and aren't really capable of taking regular foot traffic. Well respected California native plant nurseries such as Las Pilatas Nursery advise that these species require sandy, well drained full sun situations, and will not take heavy foot traffic. They also are not really drought tolerant, and prefer at least weekly irrigation and available moisture year round within the top foot of soil/sand.
This photo was taken approximately 18 months after initial planting, and is looking the best/most full it ever did. Every winter the parts in the rear that saw no winter sun would die out. It just required too much work and continual dividing/replanting to have it look good year round. This lawn had required some initial dividing/replanting after both winters, when the Carex was under greatest stress.
On the other hand, lawns I have planted with Carex divulsa, or commonly known as Berkeley Sedge, and functioned very well for many years. This species is a much taller growing and coarser looking Sedge, and also gets much taller in bloom, so needs more frequent mowing to keep at 4 inch height. I recommend mowing at least once a month from April into October. This species is also much more tolerant of winter wet clay soils and summer drought. It is not a completely no-mow lawn substitute, because it will get 18 inches tall in summer bloom.
Driver's side. It is impossible to see in there -- you have to do this by feel. Perhaps the photos will help. This is after the plug and gasket have been removed. The two wire "ears" then need to be pushed downward and outward to allow you to remove the bulb.

Chassis n° 49543
Back in 1984 Ferrari had the intention to replace their 308 with the updated 328 version, named after the 3.2-Liter V8 engine used, and while the 308 came in GTB (closed coupe) and GTS (targa top convertible), Ferrari wanted to offer a full convertible in the 328 series too, so the development prototype for this model was built on chassis 49543, and because they already had the necessary experience with both closed and targa-style cars, they made the development car into a convertible.
A design by renowned Pininfarina, the production-ready 328 Convertible prototype was built by Ferrari’s own Carrozzeria Scaglietti in Modena and went through the full certification path, it was even registered for road use so they could test the new 3.2-Liter engine regarding performance and to see how the improved chassis would handle the extra power.
But the marketing department at Ferrari canceled the 328 Convertible before it ever reached production, they went along with only the 328 GTB and 328 GTS of which 7,412 would be built in the end, the reason we didn’t get a 328 Convertible was simple … marketing feared it would eat into sales of the Ferrari Mondial Convertible that was available at the same time.
