Esse foi o repaint que fiz hoje à tarde no meu filhote Alex Jansen, pra tirar um pouco dessa cara de gay que a Mattel insiste em pôr no Ken.

Gente, basta diminuir a boca, deixar mais escura, diminuir um pouco os olhos e ajeitar a sombracelha, é outra pessoa! Não tá iual o Keanu Reeves porque eu não sou nenhum Noel Cruz, mas tá com um jeitinho sexy que eu queria pro personagem, por mim tá bom assim.

Walls are Benjamin Moore 'Suntan Yellow' (Regal Select) in an eggshell finish. Trim is Sherwin Williams 'Extra White' (Emerald) in a semi-gloss finish. Ceilings are Zinsser Stainblock Ceiling Paint in flat bright white (straight out of the can). Light fixtures are West Elm's Sculptural Glass Faceted Flushmount - Small (Milk). Now she has her eyelash to be cut and her eyes need a point of light. I'm quite happy with her, but I'm still learning. Repaint it's much more difficult than what I was thinking.

Ho provato una nuova tecnica di repaint, basandomi su un paio di tutorial visti in rete. Ho provato sulla Barbie mtm Yellow Top, e sono piuttosto soddisfatta del risultato.

Ma questa... :(

Avevo in mente di scurirle le labbra, ma la mia idea di rosso scuro/marrone è finita col diventare un rosso troppo bon ton e troppo lucido. E la leggerissima ombra scura che volevo mettere sugli occhi incide davero troppo sullo sguardo, dandole una allure glamour che è l'esatto opposto di quello che avevo in mente.

Uffa. E adesso come faccio a restituirle il suo aspetto un po' sevatico iniziale?

Intervengo sulla bocca e tento un colore chiaro, o cerco di togliere quel km di ciglia da gatta? Si accettano suggerimenti... -__-
