he Barbie shoes need to be customized! They came in one color usually pink and look so boring! I tried to reveled the models of the shoes by repainting them.
The original shoes was blue.
I took my time with this one, and used a tutorial. Her hair is cut, but I like it that way.
I made her eyes match the purple highlights in her hair.

A commissioned repaint I did of Elsa from Disney´s frozen.
Base doll 11,5" Disneystore Elsa doll, full facial repaint, hair restyled.
Repaint nearly finished! I just have to make templates for the wallpaper on the top floor before I bash the roof on properly. Right now it's just balanced loosely on top. I spent quite a bit of time last night bashing the walls into the floor with a tent peg. I also need to pop in the front door.

Painted with black and red spray paints and given a glossy finish. Seats painted with cheapo acrylics. Still need to seal and touch up that part.
This is a new method to make ooak hair on a doll, fictional by myself. I don't have rerooted the saran hair. So I have stick the hair and I call it "Restuck".

My third Elsa repaint, this time it´s a commissioned work. Classic Disney Store Elsa doll repainted with a particular expression, but as the Snow Queen. The expression she chose is quite similar to my first repaint...
She has a full facial repaint with acrylic paint after removing the factory paint. Her hair is restyled.

What prompted me to get the frameset repainted is this. I turned the bike over the other day after riding through a patch of glass shards to clear the tires, and the paint in this area was all cracked up. The flakes fell at the touch of my fingers revealed a layer of rust. I sanded a little to see how thick the rust layer is. And by looking inside the frame this seems to be a surface phenomenon. The powdercoater working on this repaint told me this is a result of not prepping the surface and removing existing rust properly before powdercoating. Hopefully that will be rectified this time.

I had some screenshots as reference and chose a light grey/brown for her eyebrows. And I noticed that her upper lip and her lower lip are slightly different colored. Maybe it was intended to be so due to the light, but I liked the fact and tried to repaint her that way.
Robertson Buses and Easibus are new repaints for the Wright Renown. For some reason it's taken me until now to do RB, even though I did the livery from 6 ages ago. Easibus started out as me doing a better template in MS Paint so that I could see where the windows and panels and wheel arches were instead of guessing, and the colours I used were so nice I stuck a fleet name on it and it became Easibus.
Easibus now run the half-hourly AI route 12 (to Bristol) in Cotterell in place of First, while Transdev now have their own - and very frequent - link to Bristol in the shape of the 54. I see Easibus as the sort of company that only run school bus routes and infrequent tendered routes - a bit like Nottingham Coaches crossed with Nottingham Community Transport.
One of these stained the vinyl on my practice head. Of course, it's possible I forgot to seal it first and they're both innocent (or at least no more stain-prone than the other pigments).
I'm going to paint a few sealed/unsealed swatches on the back of a head and check, but I should probably leave it on a few weeks at least.
My first boy repaint :D I got him at second hand store. I have no idea what model from Bratz company he is.
I've been sitting on this gal for over a year only half cleaned. I finally sat down this morning and finished her.
This is my best (and only 3rd) repaint so far on a Monster High. I only used pastels and watercolor pencils. Green is an odd color to work on, enough said on that.
OOAK Ariel in pink. Dress is made mixing 2 dresses. Face repainting, real lashes. I still have to add earrings and hair clip, but I couldn't wait to upload how satisfied I was with this dresses mix and match I did. I use to like movie accurate, but I find this betwen movie accurate and luxury edition and I really love how Ariel shines. Happy
