I felt like repainting today and to my surprise found a forgotten Tyler stored in her box in my fabrics cabinet. She has been repainted with acrylics and pastels and sealed with an UV spray.
Repaint nearly finished! I just have to make templates for the wallpaper on the top floor before I bash the roof on properly. Right now it's just balanced loosely on top. I spent quite a bit of time last night bashing the walls into the floor with a tent peg. I also need to pop in the front door.

My third Elsa repaint, this time it´s a commissioned work. Classic Disney Store Elsa doll repainted with a particular expression, but as the Snow Queen. The expression she chose is quite similar to my first repaint...
She has a full facial repaint with acrylic paint after removing the factory paint. Her hair is restyled.
So yeah even after a day I’m still not really feeling this face up. It’s my first try using purely watercolour with a hint of white paint to do a face up but Watercolours are far too faint and imprecise for what I need so I’m going to wipe her lol.
This is my first Operetta repaint. She has purple/red eyes (a mix of her skin tone and hair color.) I cut her hair shorter because it was in clumps and tangles.

Remember the Catrine DeMew custom I posted few days back? Well I redid her. Just wasn’t 100% happy. I repainted the eyes and added some light pink to her hair. I like her a lot better now :)
I was not prepared for things to come when i decided to do a repaint. It was just a test of patience and determination...after countless drawings practice you just cant be to sure on what will be the outcome.
So finally when i had a good one and i was drying it out...I realized it still looked like ariel and a disney doll, which was not my goal, i wanted the doll to look diffrent and one of a kind. So i tooked the doll and erased everything again and finish her in less than an hour.
Days of labor thrown in the window but im happy with the end result.
Now my only problem is how to seal the paint so i dont rub it off PLS guys help me on this one!
What should i use? will varnish work?
or there is a special one that will not erase the paint permanently...but i cant seem to find it!
thanks in advance for your help, and let me know what you think good and bad comments are welcome.
