Repainting of the First RailAir fleet into a new two-tone blue livery continues apace, and now Plaxton Panther 2/Volvo B9R 20806 (YX11 HPO) has joined the ranks. Each repainted vehicle carries an alliterative slogan on the rear pairing a station on the First Great Western network with an overseas destination; in this case it is "Swindon to Sydney". It is seen at Reading Station on 1st September.

I sold my first Ayumi repaint, so I made an attempt to recreate it.
Of course it would have been boring to do the exact same one, so I took this resculpt a bit further and used a different make up and hair, but in the end she was loosely inspired by Zhou Xun again. I named her Wei Meilian.
Sorry for the crappy pictures. I try to make a proper photo session with her as soon as possible. Even her hair is still wet from the styling in the pics, but I was too exited to wait. ;)
This is my first Operetta repaint. She has purple/red eyes (a mix of her skin tone and hair color.) I cut her hair shorter because it was in clumps and tangles.

UP 1983 is sandwiched between some other power at Proviso so it was hard to get good pictures but the logo on the side and the fresh repaint worked. This was the last of the original six UP heritage units i needed pictures of.. Now just to get good shots of each.
