I honestly thought I would never finish this reroot, it took me like forever ... but now it's done and I like the result. It was worth the pain ... nyahahaha!
And I have tons of yarn left, anyone wants a yarn reroot?

ok, she was REALLY an experiment. this is my first attemp to make a real person as a doll (audrey hepburn doesn´t count, she already was a celebrity doll before my repaint). so please no harsh criticism :-)
please don´t misunderstand my work, i didn´t want to make her look totally realistic (also, i think i couldn´t do it even if i wanted...), just wanted to make a marilyn monroe doll, wich looks like a doll and still has a likeness to the actres. well, i don´know if it worked out. would anybody recognize her?
as base doll i used a newer barbie of the playline for kids, repainted her and restyled her. the outfit is a vintage barbie dress with new belt.

I got a blank Nyx from Yian in trade and just found time to paint her. It was so much fun to paint a doll without considerations of how well she will sell or other limitations. Just took a look from my avant garde make up inspiration folder and went for it!
Nyx wears Syb Cross hose, Swallow wings and Rock It shoes together with Inamorata Seraph corset, skirt and wig by PattaArt. Modsdoll heads are same size as Inamorata but more narrow and can wear softer hard cap wigs like the ones made by Patta.
I got bored and repainted my Inque again. I know, I'm impossible getting bored with my dolls so easily, but repainting is better than always buying a new one. LOL Let's see how long this version will last. ;p
Still deciding about her eyes... Although I like her with those probably they will be replaced for a lighter tone.
I bought a couple of these to repaint only to notice they are two left sides on three out of four of them. Argh!
The Obitsu head shrinking was a success! Chibi Usagi's head soaked in acetone bath for 10 hours before it finally shrunk down to an appropriate size for the Azone Picco Neemo body.
