Here is my first attempt at a full body repaint of a doll because it’s literally cobbled together from pieces of broken deuce and Holt dolls so nothing matched (broken hips, missing arms, replaced feet, etc) so I decided to turn him into my Spike the dragon custom.
His body is a few sprays of regular enamel spray paint meant for plastics while his head was painstakingly painted in very thin coats of acrylic to match the spray painted body.
I sprayed both his head and body with MSC but for different reasons. His body was glossy as heck so I figured a matte spray with both protect the paint and to help it make it look more matte. However this kinda melted the paint off from his fingertips and toes so I don’t recommend MSC-ing enamel spray paint lol.
His head got a healthy dose of MSC to protect it while I give him a face up so woo.
Some things I would do differently next time is sand down his shoulder joints so they don’t rub against his torso and chip away at the paint/give the paint coat some room. I would also prime his body a bit better to help the paint stick and sand down the joints so they don’t rub against each other as badly.
Now to not mess up on his face.

So I've got me several Bratzillaz to repaint. I thought "they're pretty, why can't I find more than a couple repaints of them on internARGH CAN'T PUT THOSE EYES BACK THE FACE-UP IS HALF RUINED OH MY FINGERNAIL!"
And that's why nobody repaints them.
Freshly repainted into fleet livery is Seaford & District Iveco Daily van and now gains the registration SD09 SEA
Repaints into the refreshed livery remain on hold again with no repaints in the last three months with attention refocused on the coach fleet.
62122 and 69351 were the first B10BLE and B7RLE repainted respectively. Neither have had their liveries completed with the speech bubbles and Aberdeen branding missing.
10157 was the only example not repainted by Larbert, it being done back in 2012 after a third party accident repair. It differs from the others not least by its new style Red Line branding but by the black strip between the windscreen and display being painted out.

I did this in like 3 hours but I love how it turned out! I used a Yasmin for it but she looks like Sasha's skintone for some reason? hehe oh well
When I was around 8-10 years old I repainted a lot of my toy cars – I still have many of those in a box somewhere! These pair, however, may have been inspired by John Lennon's Rolls-Royce Phantom V. I had two Dinky 198 Phantoms, the other survived without modification: www.flickr.com/photos/adrianz-toyz/9066268300
The plastic BMC 1100 body shell is probably made in Hong Kong, but I'm not sure of the manufacturer. Most of the HK copies seem to be of the Dinky, and have opening bonnets.
I seem to remember my mother being unimpressed by the way Lennon abused his car, so repainting mine like this was an act of rebellion :)
I finished repainting this doll house a few years ago, but i had only uploaded it to deviant art.
This project took me a while to make. I started a few years ago, but always stopped. Finally it is done. This was a barbie house I got when I was about 4 years old. It was white, bright pink, and bright purple all around. I had seen re-painted barbie houses online, so I thought I would give it a go. Though there was spray paint used, a majority of it was hand painted. If there are any questions on how I did something, just let me know.
