I think she looks a bit more alive from this angle, with the shadows; not sure what I'll do with her hair yet. Looking at her, Mia Wasikowska would make an excellent live-action Elena Fisher (though I kind of hope the touted 'Uncharted' movie never gets made)...

Noel Cruz is one of the most versatile & distinguished repaint artists in the doll community. He is most recognized for his character & celebrity based dolls due to their uncanny resemblance to the people they portray. His dolls are derived from several models like Gene, Tyler, Sydney, etc, by various doll-makers such as Robert Tonner & Franklin Mint. His repaints as well as his portraits are done with intricate detail to the point of being naturally lifelike in essence. Highly regarded among collectors and artists alike, Noel attempts to raise the bar and bring a fresh take to the common mass produced doll with every face he paints. Noel's specialty is with one of a kind repaints. The beauty of repaints is that almost no two are exactly alike just as no two artists are alike.

I haven't had any pullips since 2010! but my very first doll (I mean after I grew up) was pullip Shinku and I have a special feeling for them :)
this pullip was also from rozen maiden, she had broken arms of her 3rd type body and I decided to modify her head hole a little to match a licca which looks cute :)
she needs a name now
and a prorep photoshoot

Not at all what I’m actually working on, but this FR Tall body came in the mail Friday and it is so perfect with an older repaint that has been patiently waiting for a new body. I’m so excited about her she keeps working her way to the tops of my piles of projects!
(Early on when she was on a made-to-move body I imagined her as one of Callum’s (many, many, many) ex-girlfriends. If she is his ex it is defiantly a case of the small cute girl growing up and turning into a knockout! The improvement over the made-to-move body is staggering! I loved the poseability of the m-t-m and she looked young and cute, which was fun, but she is so sexy on this new body!)
