With the hall gate down, Chippy now spends most of his evenings on Jack's bed (usually unmade!), with Angie up above. They are totally curious about each other, as evidenced in this photo. About 10 minutes after I took this, she came half-way down the ladder, and they went almost nose-to-nose between the rungs. It ended with her giving him a big swat on the nose! He was back there again tonight, so I think eventually they will get it worked out.
