Fries + Gravy + Cheese curds. From Frites Alore.

From T Poutine, in the Lower East Side of New York.

Poutine is a street food that you can find almost anywhere in Montreal (and maybe all over Quebec/Canada?).

It's French fries topped with cheese curd and gravy - it was a little intense and very heavy but it grows on you after a while!

Mmmm... Fries with cheese curds and gravy are the best!
