My verdict: good, but the cheese was a bit too soft, and the gravy too watery, it still was delicious, that much is true.

Hand cut fries, brown gravy and cheese curds. YUM.
Poutine is a street food that you can find almost anywhere in Montreal (and maybe all over Quebec/Canada?).
It's French fries topped with cheese curd and gravy - it was a little intense and very heavy but it grows on you after a while!
I was expecting this to be absolute terrible since this was Pearson's Terminal Three at a generic spot operated by, ugh, OTG... but this was not bad at all.
I wouldn't say I'm a poutine connoisseur so I'm not really in a position to say but apparently The Snack has the reputation of being better than the best in Quebec, and assuming Quebec makes the best poutine in the world...
Well, it was DAMN good poutine.
