Hocking Hills State Park, in the American state of Ohio, comprises 2,356 acres (9.53 km2) of caves, waterfalls, trees, and hiking trails. The park is known for the dramatic geologic features that, over the aeons, have carved themselves into the surrounding Black Hand Sandstone.

The black headed gulls are very lazy. They just sit in the gull colonies and wait for the puffins to bring fish back to their young. As soon as they land the gulls pounce and try to steal their fish. Many puffins virtually flew into their burrows to avoid the robbers.

The annual BHAA Government Services/Social Protection Group's 5 Mile Road Race took place on Tuesday 28th May 2013 at 20:00 in Dunboyne, Co. Meath, Ireland. The course is a fast flat course which begins on the Dunboyne-Maynooth Road between the two entrances to Dunboyne Castle Estate. The race then proceeds in an anti-clockwise direction back to the Dunboyne Athletic Club on the Rooske Road in Dunboyne. The race reaches higher standards with every passing year. Paul Gorey and his team of volunteers must be given great credit for putting on such a wonderful race event. Thanks are also extended to Dunboyne Athletic Club, the BHAA, and the local community who all make this possible.

This photograph is part of a large set of photographs taken at the finish line area of the race. There are also some races of the buildup and the start of the race.

Overall Race Summary

Participants: There were approximately 500 participants .

Weather: A bright sunny evening with little breeze

Course: This course is fully left handed with very little in the way of inclines. Good road surface. These are nice narrow country roads with shelter provided by mature hedgerows. This year the race finished with 3/4 of a lap of the Dunboyne AC track.

Refreshments: Lots and lots as is the tradition with BHAA Events - served outside the scouts hall at the track.

Can I use the photograph with the watermark?

Yes! Absolutely - you can post this photograph to your social networks, blogs, micro-blogging, etc.

How can I get a full resolution, no watermark, copy of these photographs?

All of the photographs here on this Flickr set have a visible watermark embedded in them. All of the photographs posted here on this Flickr set are available, free, at no cost, at full resolution WITHOUT watermark. We take these photographs as a hobby and as a contribution to the running community in Ireland. Our only "cost" is our request that if you are using these images: (1) on social media sites such as Facebook, Tumblr, Pinterest, Twitter,LinkedIn, Google+, etc or (2) other websites, web multimedia, commercial/promotional material that you provide a link back to our Flickr page to attribute us. This also extends the use of these images for Facebook profile pictures. In these cases please make a separate wall or blog post with a link to our Flickr page. If you do not know how this should be done for Facebook or other social media please email us and we will be happy to help suggest how to link to us.

Please email petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com with the links to the photographs you would like to obtain a full resolution copy of. We also ask race organisers, media, etc to ask for permission before use of our images for flyers, posters, etc. We reserve the right to refuse a request.

In summary please remember - all we ask is for you to link back to our Flickr set or Flickr pages. Taking the photographs and preparing them for online posting does take a significant effort. We are not posting photographs to Flickr for commercial reasons. If you really like what we do please spread the link around, send us an email, leave a comment beside the photographs, send us a Flickr email, etc.

If you would like to contribute something for your photograph(s)?

Some people offer payment for our photographs. We do not charge for these photographs. We take these photographs as our contribution to the running community in Ireland. If you feel that the photograph(s) you request are good enough that you would pay for their purchase from other photographic providers we would suggest that you can provide a donation to any of the great charities in Ireland who do work for Cancer Care or Cancer Research in Ireland.

I ran in the race - but my photograph doesn't appear here in your Flickr set! What gives?

As mentioned above we take these photographs as a hobby and as a voluntary contribution to the running community in Ireland. Very often we have actually ran in the same race and then switched to photographer mode after we finished the race. Consequently, we feel that we have no obligations to capture a photograph of every participant in the race. However, we do try our very best to capture as many participants as possible. But this is sometimes not possible for a variety of reasons:

►You were hidden behind another participant as you passed our camera

►Weather or lighting conditions meant that we had some photographs with blurry content which we did not upload to our Flickr set

►There were too many people - some races attract thousands of participants and as amateur photographs we cannot hope to capture photographs of everyone

►We simply missed you - sorry about that - we did our best!

You can email us petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com to enquire if we have a photograph of you which didn't make the final Flickr selection for the race. But we cannot promise that there will be photograph there. As alternatives we advise you to contact the race organisers to enquire if there were (1) other photographs taking photographs at the race event or if (2) there were professional commercial sports photographers taking photographs which might have some photographs of you available for purchase. You might find some links for further information above.

Don't like your photograph here?

That's OK! We understand!

If, for any reason, you are not happy or comfortable with your picture appearing here in this photoset on Flickr then please email us at petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com and we will remove it as soon as possible. We give careful consideration to each photograph before uploading.

I want to tell people about these great photographs!

Great! Thank you! The best link to spread the word around is probably www.flickr.com/peterm7/sets

We like sending postcards to Reg.

We don't need an excuse like being on holiday, no. If we've been shopping for groceries, or even if we've watched some telly, we'll send Reg a postcard about it.

To read the card, best clicky here then.

Why this, couple of people where talking about it, so here are some screen shots for anyone who wants them really.

Please read the relevant help on licensing your images, I cannot provide information on what or how you should select the correct licensing.

You may also want to read Flickr Privacy

The other setting is the potential viewers which can be set in the organiser "Hide these items from public searches" select this in the Permissions setting in the Organiser.

If you do have a problem and want to report it click here for www.flickr.com/abuse/

One of the reasons this came about is the default setting, which results in a 0 attribute against your posting this '0' is not really defined in the Flickr API licensing and therefore many developers assume that they can grab a link to your image without infringing any copy right issues. Although '0' mean None (All rights reserved) it does not appear as such in the list below

1 Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike License

2 Attribution-NonCommercial License

3 Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs License

4 Attribution License

5 Attribution-ShareAlike License

6 Attribution-NoDerivs License

7 No known copyright restrictions

Remember also you can edit who see's your images within the community

Please note this has been created from my findings and may not represent Flickr, if you are unsure please research the relevant help pages

If any of this is incorrect please advise by flickr mail or in the comments below

NOAH MANDEL DECEMBER 1,1971--JANUARY 30, 2016

We are in deep sadness and mourning today January 30th, 7 years after the death of our only son Noah. We remember him with tenderness and unconditional love. We think of the love and kindness he gave to so many people in this world during his 44 years.

We read EVERY word of every post, and email through a river of tears, excruciating pain, and deep sorrow.

We will NEVER forget the continued caring and kindness expressed to us by all of Noah's friends, family, and co-workers through email, chat, phone calls, and in person here in New York.

Picture at Toy Barn

Everything in this dealership is about "Power"!

Took 148 shots.

Thought to do an abstract to try to include as many "Power" machines as possible.

The vehicle that is being used to reflect on is, in the words of the salesman "the most powerful Bently sportswear made.

The Blue car is a Lamborghini.

The silver car is an Audi Sports car.

Far left rear is a Harley Davidson motorcycle. Power, Power and more Power.

Used a 1.0 sec. exposure at w/f7.1

To get the colors out of the reflected images I had to crank up the exposure when editing. Did most editing in Bridge. Finished in Photoshop Sharping and finishing with a Gaussian Blur to soften it up. Wasn't sure whether to use the blur. Some would, some not.
