This bus was retired for quite a while by the time this photo was taken. The trees have grown up around it making it nearly impossible to move. While this bus shares some KY specs for the era (backlit school bus sign, black belt, 8 way warning lights), it also has turning signals under the windshield which is not typically seen in Kentucky. The whereabouts of this bus are unknown as I have never been able to locate it again.
From the archives, photo was taken in Summer 2005. Digitally scanned from film photo.
Every year around this time the water meadow close to home is awash with activity and new life. As the habitat shifts and flows with the seasons there's something very reassuring about that.

The Petit train de la Rhune or (in Basque) Larrungo tren ttipia is a metre gauge rack railway in France at the western end of the Pyrenees, in the Basque Country. It links the Col de Saint-Ignace, some 10 km (6.2 mi) to the east of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, to the summit of the La Rhune mountain (Larrun). Although this summit lies on the border between France and Spain, the railway lies entirely within the French département of Pyrénées-Atlantiques.
Hey guys!
I decided to do some modding(I know) and here is what happened!
The M4 has a 3x magnifier(from ARC), Hollow sight(from HAC), suppressor(from spy pistol), and foregrip (from XMP).
I also added a pouch from an LCV onto the rails, which, in my opinion looks kind of like an IR laser.
I put a small pouch and backpack from the new webgear onto the front and back of a PCV and added a stun grenade to the back.
Please bombard me with questions if you are curious about anything on the fig!
C&C appreciated!
God bless!
~Henry
With the last timetable change, local PostAuto operator Heinz Wohlgemuth from Hochwald ceased it's operation and services have been taken over by Postauto itself as part of it's Laufen garage (but with some vehicles still based in Hochwald). The network was completely re-planned for the new timetable by my office on behalf of the two cantons Baselland and Solothurn and comprising a new routing via the steep and relatively narrow direct road between Dornach and Hochwald. To calm down discussions in the village about possible dangers with postbuses on that road, it has been signalled as "Mountain post road", probably the first new one in some years... The bus is just passing the interesting jurassic rock formations ob "Oberi Tüüflete" climbing up the 14% gradient.

I recently began volunteering as a cam op, for Bison & Prairie Dogs in the grasslands. Thought you'd like to see who I saw today! It's a lot of fun, and I have even more respect for the SNZ cam operators. Thank you for what you do each day. I recognize that it is not very easy!! SNZ cam ops are awesome!!

Sweetwater Precision Weapons received a call from the SAS, asking them to create a bullpup weapon capable of taking down enemies quickly and quietly, but it needed a low penetration, as it would be used in urban environments.
Sweetwater gave Juice the task to design that weapon, and Juice, who was about to have a good breakfast, had an idea in mind...
The AUG Para was modified by Juice, giving it everything it needs in order to by silent and deadly, and capable of taking down targets at night.

A replica of a 1920s London General Omnibus Company LGOC B-type bus B1349 in Newquay Cornwall May 1997. Originally new to Riley of Rotherham in 1966 as a Bedford VAM14 Duple bodied C45F coach. it was rebuilt in open-top form it became O18/16RO, with a rear open staircase by a Mr.Farrar, proprietor of the Retallack Garage at Winnard’s Perch on the Wadebridge road out of Newquay. He built three of these altogether. The first DFB 704D, was last heard of at the Nottingham Bus Mueum, Hucknall; the second 946 WAE, is with Ensigns; and this one DET 720D, is now at the Beamish Museum in County Durham.

In the beginning, the fig was made for the Lego Group: The Battlefront. Unfortunately two things happened: My life got busier and the group basically died. The year is supposed to be 2045 or something by the way.
The Russian Operator features very light stealth armor, meant mostly for assassins to use. However, a red targeting lens and tactical elbow pads and arm guards are present, which differs from the assassin uniform. A regular Tokarev pistol is brandished on the side, as part of the regulations that ALL russian service men and women carry at least one sidearm. The Operator sports a snow storm camoflage, first used and adapted by Vasili Kravchuk during the Koreapanese-Russian war in 2018. a heating system in installed behind the vest, along with recycling batteries to recharge the system. The rifle is a modified version of the standard assault rifle, having a scope and silencer attachment.
This fig took about 5 hours of work, mostly because I kept on changing parts. The faceplate is entirely sculpted, and the red targeting system is a piece of action figure sunglasses with a piece of needle at the tip to allow fro removal and movement. The vest (and the whole figure in fact) was inspired by Richard. The vest is a cut-up credit card with bits and pieces glued on. The mag pouches, the leg side pouch, the belt pouch, and the knee and elbow pads are sculpted. Th rifle is an interesting Sci-Fi gun that I picked up at Brickfair, with a Si-Dan silencer and a tiny tactical scope. A russian patch is on the left arm, while 3 armor piercing rounds are on the right. Lastly, the fig holsters a BrickArms Tokarev .
This is one of the figures I promised I would upload.

China Motor Bus was the first of four Hong Kong bus operators to purchase former London Transport Leyland Fleetlines, acquiring 206 examples for passenger service plus a dedicated driver trainer between 1980 and 1984. Two of the passenger vehicles later joined the training fleet. This digital representation portrays the original driver trainer T19 with the first example XF1 for passenger use. Note the additional lower deck window and instructor's mirror on the forme, and also the removal of the upper deck fittings from this vehicle. The windscreen modifications are incorrect on both vehicles (only noticed once the image had been posted). The real T19 also had a Park Royal body but the base image appears to be an MCW example - the principle difference being in the height of the emergency door window (30-Dec-16).
