I am very pleased with how my combat legs turned out. Credit for the design goes to Victor. Though the pocket needs some work.
Is the shot itself good though?

SPW Operator .308 AK with the Chainsaw...Why? Because we can ;)
As a result of a few too many glasses of Jack Daniels, Sweetwater gunsmith Josh, developed the CLAW, or Chainsaw Like Assault Weapon; A heavily customized Saiga .308 rifle featuring ergonomics found on AR type rifles. The cornerstone of the CLAW is it's high-strength, Tacticool Chainsaw, Which can be used for cutting down or through doors, or sawing a insurgents chest in two, it's really up to you.
Comment if you want me to give the code for the SPW Chainsaw :)

Got another gas mask with a recent order. Small amount of painting and it's good.
Really wish I would've gotten another one of these gas masks, I completely forgot about a mask design I've wanted to start (hint; Plague Doctor).
Challenge: Let's see if we can get just as much activity on this one as the first!

In Iraq,
a group of Navy SEALs asked Sweetwater to develop a bullpup assault rifle,
for standard operations at night.
Sweetwater used the VHS design,
lowered the carrying handle,
added an intergrated foregrip,
and added some SPW attachments to fit the missions belongings.
The Valencia was born!
NOTE: I could't save the code :'(

The negative is heavily damaged, mostly due to operator error. I used a 90mm Schneider lens on a Speed Graphic without dipping the front rail out of the way. I had never used a wide angle lens on that camera before, and I didn’t look look carefully enough at the ground glass. I lost about 1/3 of the image to that, and some lens flare in the top right corner. Other than that, it’s not bad. It's tough to get backlit subjects to show shadow detail in film without blowing out the highlights.
Camera: Speed Graphic 4x5
Lens: 90mm Schneider
Film: Ilford Delta 100 developed in Ilfotec HC.

I perceive this rude and unwelcome
Shipwreck of the Point Estero. The Point Estero ran aground on July 28, 2017 as a result from operator error while returning from a slimy eel fishing trip. The boat was stripped of any possible pollutants but it's skeletal hull remains on the rocks.

One of our family members was a switchboard operator at the local regional hospital here in Victoria, B.C., Canada. We are not sure what the occasion was, but here she is posing in front of the switchboard with another operator and someone else.

This is a Polaroid instant photo of some type, with part of the film strip still attached: I have included a scan of the printing on the back which identifies the make but I don't think the serial number is of any relevance. Based on family memories this photo probably dates from the mid to late 1950's. I've no idea what happened to the colour, if there ever was any.
Uploading re. Flickr's Spring Polaroid Week 2024.
Just a fun little table scrap field radio I slapped together while installing some updates on the old desktop the other day.
