Finishing off my morning yoga and checking the weather outside for what to wear for work.........
Suns coming up earlier. I don't really check weather. I use the side of the window to aid my stretch. And now Sandra is looking a little at my posts, and sometimes posting her own., l really shouldn't say......I kind of do it to show off.
Must work. She loves seeing.
Running outside yesterday was an enormous success. Went a little further than planned. Was such a a beautiful afternoon. Even took neck brace off for a bit. And when completed. Walked several miles pain free. Then went to pool after.
Feel great this morning. No hiccups. Will take it easy today.
Legs are very strong. Don't want to push neck. I'm in uncharted areas. Doctors don't even have a clue.
Weather beautiful again today
Little rain tomorrow. Then a very nice stretch ahead. Definitely going to lake this weekend. Even toying with idea of pulling Porsche out of storage.

In Harrogate & District Colours being used before repaint is Northern Counties bodied Volvo Olympian 963 S63WNM (new to London Sovereign) and on the right is NSPCC Green liveried 372 C482YWY - one of four new to West Yorkshire Road Car Bradford Depot delivered in West Yorkshire PTE livery, this one was 1860. These were captured after arriving back at the depot after doing school services.

memintanya segera datang. Bahkan, Cowok lain akan membawa
perlengkapan olahraganya dan
meletakkannya dekat tempat tidur,
lalu esoknya mengaku bahwa timnya
akan melakukan pertandingan dan
harus kumpul pagi-pagi buta. Taktik ini diakui memang sulit dideteksi,
namun tanda-tandanya biasanya
ialah beberapa kalimat khas yang
keluar dari mulutnya, seperti
"Sumpah, saya tidak bohong!" dan
"Percayalah dengan saya!" Kalau ini terdengar, yakinlah bahwa dia pasti
telah berbohong dan tidak perlu

Philips multi-band transistor radio. This is my first "portable". Lots of tlc and cosmetic refurbishing presents it as you see it. Like many European portables it has excellent tonal fidelity.

There were Sikhs of all ages, all honored and treated with respect. The bubbles in this picture came from the toy of the day: a little gun that shot bubbles.
Probably 30 - 40 years old analog multi meter. Still in good working order and coming in handy to read voltage and current fluctations that cannot be easily tracked on a digital meter and are too slow for the oscilloscope.
A street of multi-coloured houses in Bristol that overlook the city harbour and docks, on a particularly grey and gloomy day.
They partly remind me of multi-coloured beach huts and also of those 'paint by numbers' sets I used to have as a kid with the number system used to produce a 'stunning' oil painting.

As the neighborhood has changed from Polish to Hispanic, so has the funeral home. It's actually a great story. "The son of tavern owners, Sojka was born June 28, 1930, and grew up at 727 N. Noble St. "He wasn't sure what he wanted to do and decided to go into the funeral business because it was something different. He wanted to provide personal service," Cruz said.
Sojka lived in a second-floor apartment above the funeral home, where he enjoyed cooking and entertaining, which were his passions, Cruz said.
"He had a number of girlfriends over the years, but I am guessing his involvement in the neighborhood and church kept him so busy that it was never in the cards for him to marry," Cruz said.
And when he wasn't being a homebody, Sojka enjoyed sitting in front of his business around 4:30 p.m. daily, where he enjoyed people-watching and saying hello to passers-by, while accompanied by his Chihuahua, Chico.”
"We are across the street from a bar, and he would say, 'Look at all these young people,' and say it is fantastic. He was 100 percent for gentrification," Cruz said.
Though he has no surviving immediate family outside of two nieces from a deceased brother (Sojka's late sister was a nun), Sojka served as a grandfather to the Cruz family's three children, Cruz said.
Cruz lives in a third-floor apartment above the funeral home with his wife, Elsa, and their youngest son. "We would eat with him, one family under one roof. He would just come upstairs. We ate together almost every day," Cruz said.
Cruz, who is the funeral home's only employee and was willed the business by Sojka, plans to continue operating the home under Sojka's name." walter-sojka.last-memories.com/
