I don't know what demon possessed me this morning? the deeper I got into Lathkill Dale the less I could see, I wouldn't mind but I had drove through pea soup to get here. I stuck it out and was rewarded with a very moody shot of Parson's Tor, landscape isn't always about watching a beautiful sunrise (that's my excuse and I intend to stick to it)
A cove near St Ives - Cornwall.Sea fog was all around.
I was watching the guy on the beach with his 2 dogs and he was watching me !
Big sign by the beach NO DOGS ALLOWED !
Theres always one to ignore rules.

Th sky was so moody but the light was still good on the waves showing off a mix of sand and aqua water
I got up early for a Hua Hin sunrise, but Mother Nature was uncooperative. :)
Happy Sunday dear friends!
Light was trying to get through the thick cloud layers that were low in the sky. A somber scene over Middle River for this moody sunset.

Strange summer it is, heavy rains goes along with tropical heat. There was no winter, whole spring was taken by pandemic and never existed for many. Seeing this moody summer I'm starting to fear what surprises Autumn is preparing for us.
Cold & Moody
A bit cold and windy this morning, but still decided to go out and see what I could find. I ended up heading up towards Alston..lots of rain, wind and still some snow lying around. I ended up finding a new location with some nice looking trees that should hopefully provide some interest for future images.
Alston, Cumbria
Please feel free to share with your friends and family if you would like, hopefully getting my work out to more people.

After completing the walk of more than 7 wet miles to Bolton Abbey and back north, the rain finally stopped, the sun peeked over the dales, and a mist seemed to follow us. The River Wharfe is in Yorkshire, England, and originates within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. For much of its middle course, it is the county boundary between West and North Yorkshire. Its valley is known as Wharfedale. (I'm told that the Wharfe is also one of the best rivers in the UK for swimming.)
