Timer metal base is lain on top of condiment cup to see how it fits there. Good size match and can be glued together or bonded with JB Weld... or even screwed together.
Speedplay Magnums with the attachment ears filed down 1/16th inch to fit into Frog cleats (I managed to get a couple of cheap pairs of Frogs a month ago for winter experimentation, but needed a third one so my collection of winterized bikes [the emergency randonneuse, the mountainhack, and the Trek] would all have the same pedal interface -- I couldn't find a third cheap set of Frogs on ebay, but I did find one pair of magnums) for a winter cleat experiment.

I plan to use this body for a character who's not particularly athletic. So I shaved off a bit of bulk from her shoulders. The tricky part was guessing when to stop before opening holes on her deltoids...
My friend Conal cutting the sway bar from my 1992 Jetta. The mount was broken on the passenger-side swing arm, so we decided to cut it out entirely. There'll be a strut brace added after we're done working on the engine to reclaim some of the rigidity. You can see his highly effective safety equipment right below the blade.

Cassette points adjustment hole enlarged and plastic cut at edge. The was done as the intial hole was drilled slightly too high as the plastic insert had moved up very slightly.
Not much was gained from this modification, whilst an allen key could be inserted into the distributor without moving it, the cap clip on that side had to be removed as it was partially blocking access to the hole!
Makes you want to throw it in the bin and buy a 123ignition (if they did one that fitted, which they presently don't, but I live in hope)
Thanks to members from the UKCampsite (Mucker) this modification makes the very long mud flaps less problematic. They are so long they drag on the floor which when muddy can then get on the tent fabric. We used a stong Unibond clear tape to stick the excess material up and then added A4 plastic binders at the very bottom. Still allows the doot to be both rolled up and folded up for storage.
Original pattern had front as two separate pieces, but thought it would look nicer if I made it one piece instead. So I think I'm at a point where I have a working pattern for two of the three parts - - might be able to use the bustier pattern to finagle out a pattern for the jacket
