Hand atop the molded base. I was hopeful that the larger mass of meat would act as a "meat sink" if you will and keep the thinner fingers from burning. It worked well.

1 clove garlic, finely chopped, or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 medium onion

1 cup ketchup

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground mustard

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce

1.25 lb fresh ground turkey

1.5 lb fresh ground beef, 85/15

2 large eggs

6 slices bread

Post cheese. I wanted to let it broil longer, but it had already burnt the fingernails too much. Plus, if the smoke detector in my apartment smells two atoms of smoke, it'll go off. Which it did. So I had to call it done.
