I've been wanting this for a long time, but I can't get Chong to cook them for me, so I'll just have to make them myself.

This is what I'm going to use to make the Korean Meatloaf, also called Korean Meatballs. I did leave out two things that are normally in them...diced potatoes and diced carrots. I was too lazy to dice them.

Chris dubbed this "Cholesterol Sindae". Of note: I used 93/7 beef, which is why I had to drape it in bacon (only 3 slices!).

Straight out of the oven, no flash.

At the Astoria Cafe. Amazing food/coffee!

Home made meatloaf - bacon, minced beef, garlic, onion, tomato purée, mustard, egg, paprika, salt, pepper.

I made this meat loaf after I saw a pic of NSB's panoka turkey meat loaf. I couldn't find the panoka, but I had some italian bread crumbs...and it made this DELISH!! I was real creative with my ketchup glaze bit. *snark* I was just too lazy to be creative. Plus, I couldn't find my loaf pan...so I had to use one of my cast iron skillets. LOL It is still delish no matter what.

I these on my blog
