Meatball is our foster kitten and he is finally big enough to be neutered! He and his brother are being adopted together and will meet their new family on Sunday =) Both he and his brother have been a breeze to foster! Sweet, well behaved little gentleman the entire time. I wish all my fosters were this easy!

Slow Food-From Scratch.

Since the weather is a tad cooler I got ambitious and made us a nice and different lunch. I love the versatility of Zucchini! It went down pretty good!

MUSHROOM WALNUT LOAF (TM)

Vegetarian meatloaf made with mushrooms, walnuts, brown rice and cheese (with eggs) covered with our mushroom gravy. Served with steamed broccoli or mashed potatoes. Gluten-free.
