Meatloaf with feta cheese, gnocchi and zucchini

February 2009 - Hubby and I don't really celebrate Valentine's day since it's so disgustingly commercial...but meat loaf is very easily fashioned into shapes, and that doesn't cost a cent extra. The ketchup was a nice touch... color's a bit off.. I promise my meatloaf is not bright yellow.

That's better! Now it's got a half can of gravy on it, and I'll save the other half and use it tomorrow over the meatloaf with a different side dish....which turned out to be cauliflower with cheese sauce on tuesday noon. But this was on monday and I put ketsup all over the meatloaf.

Patrick made meatloaf and his own version of a Velveeta mac and cheese. We used the cute mini shells, and I drizzled my meatloaf with the barbeque sauce from 17th Street Grill. Yum.
