its Wednesday...that means meatloaf night...
this one is stuffed with italian sausage, broccoli and mozza cheese!
My first meatloaf! Tasty meatloaf, but the topping is a bit sweet, even though I had already reduced sugar and ketchup to a third of what was called for. Next time I'd make it with mushroom gravy!

Yeah, I'll get to the chocolates. But I've been walking quite a bit, and getting hungry. Found a place called The Pub at Ghirardelli Square. Actually, I needed their restroom, but I promised to buy something in return. Meat loaf sliders and mac & cheese it is, with a Mirror Pond Pale Ale from Deschutes.
Chris dubbed this "Cholesterol Sindae". Of note: I used 93/7 beef, which is why I had to drape it in bacon (only 3 slices!).
With the flash. In my opinion, a loaf pan does wonders when using extra lean beef.

Unfortunately I don't like olives. Olives as a side with a sandwich?..why not..potato chips! Ahaha. Haha. Hm.
Bead was tasty but something bun or roll-like would've worked better. Bottom slice was soaked with goo.
