Made this yummy recipe from Jessica Seinfeld's Deceptively Delicious. It is made with carrot and sweet potato puree. It was a big hit!

This is a shot of the famous meatball in Ape Cave. The meatball is a part of the lava flow that cooled between the walls and got stuck there. The cavern was caused by a lava flow that created the wonder known as Ape Cave.

Blenched Japanese noodles served with homemade pork balls in chicken stock and blenched bean sprouts [dou miao].
With my teeny fork and everything. I made a quickie ghetto version of Saucy Meatballs. I had a small jar of meat flavored Prego, about 8 frozen meatballs I cut into fours, a can of diced tomatoes, Heinz 57, a bag of Wacky Mac and a craving for Saucy Meatballs that just wouldn't quit. If you make it, enjoy! Just don't forget to butter those noodles first like I did this time. The butter REALLY makes a difference in the flavor and gives it that extra special something, but don't use some Country Crock bullshit either because that will do it a great injustice. Real butter only! I mixed in some butter with the rest of it so I can enjoy it properly the next couple of meals, that's how strongly I feel about this!
At the boy's request, we put together a spaghetti and meatball meal one evening. At first they were grossed out at the prospect of touching the meat, but later enjoyed mushing all the egg and stuff together with the ground beef to make the balls.

i chose to add an egg as binder and decrease the amount of chicken stock (down to 1/3 cup) needed to make the meatballs themselves.

Am doing a 52 Weeks of Baking swap on Swap-Bot. Each week, the challenge is to bake a new recipe, and then send the recipe, picture, and review of it to two partners.
Made these barbecued meatballs along with green onion drop biscuits and jam muffins on Saturday.
I enjoy baking and trying new recipes, so this was an enjoyable way to spend part of my afternoon.

Meatball, my family's cat for just over 20 years, died peacefully last night. Haven't gotten the details but she hadn't been in the best of health. Hope she has a good time in kitty heaven, climbing all the Christmas Trees she can!
One note, this isn't a recent pic; I've had it on my phone for months.
These chicken meatballs were made for an Italian wedding soup I made, but I screwed that up. I accidentally put too much pasta in the soup and it sucked up the broth... leading to it not really being a soup. I will be trying that one again.
Meatballs & spaghetti sauce made from scratch. Also made my own garlic butter spread for the french bread! Looked better the first night, especially since it included delicious broccoli instead of green beans.
This is gift from my classmate. because he is like ball full of meat, i called him Meatball ^_^ ( Meatball/dumpling/...hamster...?)
P.S. my classmates in class play football with him... hm... T_T
