Fold over and twist your small piece of green or brown wool roving. You can use the felting mat, or hold it in your hands as you carefully poke it with a single needle. Continue to twist as you make the shape, leaving a bit of roving to attach to the pumpkin.
We make a fun photoshooting trip to Suonenjoki with my friends. Janne knew very nice urban photo spots. Here are some graduation test pictures at that trip.

Heather makes unique Artists’ books. The 3 dimensional book structures that constantly provide visual and tactile surprises make her artists books. Heather has been making books since 1993 after graduating from Oxford Brookes University. She is, at present, Artist in Residence at Turn End Garden, Haddenham. www.turnend.org.uk.
The book is inspired by Bucks Point Lace and the rhymes chanted by young girls in the Lace schools that were prevalent during the 16th -19th Century in Buckinghamshire. The shape of the book is reminiscent of the lace collars. Heather has embossed the pages with lace samples before construction.
