It has been such wonderful weather the last couple of weeks! I sort of troubles me though, since my portraits usually don't become very pretty in the harsh light.

Guess I've got something to work at then!

I hope I will get to upload another picture tomorrow, I've got at least one more from yesterday's shoot, that just needs some editing.

It was a premiere of Malavika's new production based on Sufism. With background scores by Subha Mudgal and also partly live, she tried to break new grounds, but....

 

The pace was slow, and is antithesis to Malavika's usual productions.. most steps were repetivite...

to be able to run free, climb trees, chase birds, eat grass, smell the aroma of the world...so close, yet so far

walking hand and hand with the fear of showing ones self to others, one can stand proudly in the spotlight, revealing only what you want others to see. This form of boldness still masks the person and is used as a barrier to stop others from seeing the true self.
