Vopni and Teddy, friends for long time. They've been through a lot together though Teddy has been on the suffering side of their relationship.
He used to have ears, now he has tears and his torn little lobes lie deep in Vopnis womb. Teddy's been jumped on, shaken about, bit in the legs and sucked on his face.
But after each fight, they snooze in the sun, kiss and make up and dream of next turn.

Every sunset is like a beautiful dream. Every day I think of you, and I'm happy, and I'm sad. How are you, daughter? There is so much longing! What will happen when . .

On the 10th day of December, I planned to take a picture of the outside of the house. Due to the rain, it was not to be. Here I am looking out at the rain. Fortunately, a covered patio allowed this shot to happen.

Sorry I haven't been flickring in so long, but i am trying to get back into the habbit although i really just have been going through my old photos and posting them back up, but its better than nothing. This one was taken in Costa Rica, and i converted it to black and white. I did not pose her; this is simply a candid. It seems a bit grainy but i think it adds an older feel . . . anyway, i have no idea what she was doing, because we were having a group discussion when i shot this. . . oh well. And since today's my 15th bday, i will make it a goal to shoot more this year, and to make the best of my photos. Even ones like these that have previously been shot, I'll try to care more for and hopefully see the potential in them all.
This Photo states exactly how i have been feeling lately. I try and try to be good at something and i always end up with a blank slate... I have this longing to create and to be inspired but my mind just seems to be focusing on other things. How can i better myself if I can't even find a place to begin?
I really like snow, maybe thats why IR photography appeals to me - making grass look like snow.... living in a large city it seems like years since we've had a proper settling, maybe this winter.....
