24'' Prugnat (?) lugs. All chrome, frame number 7304. Built by Ron Cooper at his shop in Honor Oak.

This is the bag I took to paris for 7 days. Its a patagonia MLC.

Handily parked on the end of the row, in the space vacated earlier by the Nova.

Don't you just love when something turns out exactly as you imagined.

Still to do the hem but I'm thinking the same bias along the bottom

1960s Jaguar E-Type Lightweight Race Car: Lime Rock Park, Lakeville, CT

This car competed in two races at the Aston Martin Owners Club's Autumn Historic Car Races meeting at Oulton Park in September 1993. Described in the programme of the event as Allen Lloyd's 4.2 litre 1964 Jaguar E-Type, it has the looks of one of the 12 Lightweight competition models built in the 1960s, but I can't find anything to confirm that this is a genuine Lightweight. Eighteen chassis numbers were set aside in 1963 for the Lightweight models, but only 12 were built - the six additional cars were eventually built in 2014-15. The car is seen here in its second race of the day at Lodge Corner in the MG Car Club/AMOC Thoroughbred & Classic Sports Car Championship Race. Allen Lloyd was at one time President of the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust.

Farnborough Bus Running Day 07/09/2014. Looking very tidy is this former Devon General Bristol LH / ECW bus now part of the Hampshire Bus & Coach Preservation Group. KTT38P is seen entering the main Farnborough running day site having just moved from the display area at another part of the 6th Form College.

Down to Torrevieja today to pick up my new glasses.

I opted for lightweight titanium frames with top of the range Premium lenses complete with anti reflective and reactions coating.

NB This quality of varifocal lens used to be only available in the custom made range where the prescription is ground both back and front but is now the highest grade in the Premium range. It gives a wider field of view in the middle and close distance parts of the lens.

I have found that it pays to ask questions and have a bit of background information when you visit Specsavers!

The future of ultra lightweight touring.

I think I'm right in saying the nearest one is a S.3 Lightweight and the one further away is a S.2 Lightweight.

Any experts to confirm or deny?

YJ17 FYC at Manchester Airport.

A rare bus in the UK. This Optare Tempo SR is one of four purchased by Manchester Airport in May 2017 for staff transport use. They were originally built for an Australian order that was cancelled. The only other operator of Tempo SR models in the UK is Trent Barton (trentbarton) based in Derbyshire.

The Optare Tempo lightweight bus was introduced in 2004 with the Tempo SR following in 2011. The Tempo SR is currently only produced for the Australian market.
