While I must have planted well over 20 of these wonderful Tecolote Ranunculus bulbs/tubers, it seems I can only find about 3 or so plants that have actually surfaced. That is so disappointing as they are such a delightful addition to the flower garden. Layer upon layer of crepe paper petals unfurl into such vibrant shades of color. This is my first to bloom this season....Orange Tecolote Ranunculus.

Happy #escaype day! Escaype is a weather forecasting service and photography community I use to help forecast epic skies, critique photos, and to learn more about my passion. It really has enabled me to take my photography to the next level. This is a shot from Yosemite valley, while I missed the epic burn running from spot to spot, I got this shot I really like. Enjoy!
