We need new stickers on our license plates every two years. I’ve had my car for so long that there are a colorful stack of them!! Interestingly, when I went to affix the *blue* 24 sticker, the one that was showing was 20 not 22, so I had been driving on one that was “old” for awhile. I wonder if it fell off or someone pulled it off? The registration certificate would have gotten me ‘out of trouble’ had a duly appointed officer questioned me.

Icebergs, red sails, whale sightings, quintessential villages...and some spectacular light! Greenland has been good to us! On our last day, Evelyn and I scrambled up a nearby peak and found ourselves in between the cloud layers. The sunset was the best send-off anyone can ask for. Until next time, Greenland!

I got this dress for the colour, yes, but mainly for the interesting laying and how it looked to be a good dress for a full on body hug. It's quite thick (due to the layering and the lining) so it does feel snug and comforting. I also like sheer arms on a dress so this one kept teasing me on eBay until I succumbed. I seem to be drawn to dresses that maybe aren't what most girls would go for. Dresses that aren't their vision of pretty. Many, I'm sure would call this one a bit ugly ("It looks like a set of blinds!"), but I kind of like to stand out now and again. Just typing this makes me want to go slip it on again.... excuse me a bit...I'll be right back!
