At a recent talk by the fantastic Joel Meyerowitz he said "Its sometimes the edge of the frame thats of interest." I didn't take this picture with that in mind but after looking at it I agree with him. I framed this around the nicely lit woman in the middle but after looking at it its the guy on the left that I find interesting. He looks a bit stressed out for some reason. Above him there's a sign that says "Keep going." Its a nice little message to him.

Is it just me, or does that one in the top right look like a cartoon bomb going sideways? Paging Mr. Rorschach...

I left this photo mostly unedited to keep the rawness of what it actually is. Someone sleeping in their "house" on the sidewalk. My favorite part of this photo is the word grace written in the cross. It's a good reminder that no matter how little we have left or how far we are from God, there is always God's amazing grace waiting for us to bring us back home.

I had the Beauty & The Beast soundtrack on repeat today.
Didn't really do much until like 12, then I did a little cleaning because I'm BORED.
Went grocery shopping before work, then lunch as well. Had work and that went by pretty quickly, came home had dinner and my grandma and two cousins came over!
Painted my little cousins nails and made plans for her (she's eight) to come over tomorrow night so she can go see Beauty & The Beast with us!!
Then I painted my nails, which took about two (maybe three) hours. I'm not sure how long because i didn't keep track, I did have the soundtrack on repeat and in total it's 20 minutes. So just figure out that I managed to listen to it a total of 5 times before finishing the design.

The foggy edges of Mason Lake. Everytime I've been here to this lake its been foggy and cold and wet. So I've never (sadly) swam in it. Today was no exception with the crap labor day weekend weather we are having.
