A wall in downtown Trinidad Cuba. What struck me was the barbed wire on top. I believe this was the back part of the yard on a pottery house, so the occupants were probably trying to protect their wares. Originally taken with a Canon Elph Sport, KODAK APS 200 ISO film, matte finish print, scanned at 300 DPI.
The BC ferry commissioner’s preliminary ruling on coastal ferry fare price caps confirms the actions by government and BC Ferries to control costs and find efficiencies in the delivery of the ferry service are working to keep fare increases lower.
Government has said consistently that tough decisions are required to ensure fares are affordable for families in the future. As a result of this work, the BC ferry commissioner is proposing price cap increases of 1.9% in each of the four years of Performance Term 4 (PT4) from 2016 to 2019, bringing fare increases in line with inflation.

The New Terex GEN 9 ADT’s keep on rolling around the world. These pictures were sent in by our Indonesian construction equipment dealer Uniquip and show the TA400 arriving at their premises in Jakarta.
Traveling over 7000 miles, the first TA400 arrived in mid January and has now been delivered to a customer site in Indonesia.
