We developed two interactive stations with inmersive state of the art technology at Feeders Motorola Venue.

The action was taking real time pictures and those pictures appeared on an interactive screen framed like polaroids.

The interactive wall respond to passer by people body movements and at the same time worked as an open photobooth, showing up all venue attendants.

This was part of another persons installation.

The installation was part of a group of installations for a conference on communication and technology. I was designated a room that I filled with wires and telephone cords. The cords were everywhere, hanging from the ceiling, all about the floor. The viewer (or participant) could not pass through the room with out touching/interacting with the piece. Touching and interacting with an art piece was still an uncommon concept since so many of us have imbedded in our heads that art is meant to be seen and not to be touched. The piece also had several telephone receivers hanging from the ceiling. If the participant would put one up to their ear the would have heard an audio track.

I wrote a program in Max MSP to cue specific audio sounds when certain wires were tripped. I haven't touched the program since, but would not be opposed to revisiting this concept. I find that as we are all becoming more wireless and the traditional phone is becoming obsolete many of us are becoming better and more connected.

The UndaWorld: A place of peace and ease to flow out of the Matrix

The Undaground: Where Art is created from the Heart

It is Unda instead of under to twist the meaning of the word to reinvent its definition.

The Unda is where we feel free to be who we are even if judged for being different.

Difference is beauty.

Planet earth is all about diversity.

Conformity is forced in society but does not cultivate people for who they are and their natural gifts.

We see this in schools, the work place, and more.

Conformity is why many choose careers just for money even if it causes a 'fake' life to just be accepted.

We come to the Unda to celebrate life and who we are in our heart.

We nurture this aspect of ourselves and share our inner beauty with people naturally.

I have been an underground artist and I neva stopped just because I 'neva made it.'

Life to me is about doing what I love and Putting My Heart Into It.

It has not been easy, but with each obstacle is a great lesson.

Besides, what is the better option ?

The Arrow of the sculpture points down, to awaken minds to check out what is going on in the Unda.

It is not just about feeding on mass media and blindly doing what we're told without doing our own research, but digging deeper into life below the surface.

The visuals are triggered by sound and controlled by hand gestures.

I made the Tetrahedrons Origami in 3 days and wrote 1336 lines of code in one night to make this happen.

Leap Motion was used for hand movements.

Christmas 1st Grade Sight Words and Interactive Bulletin Board download has 2 complete sections. The 1st section contains all 60 1st grade sight words on colorful flashcards on which students can trace each word! The 2nd section contains materials to create a fun, interactive bulletin board for students. On the bulletin board, students can categorize all 60 sight words by syllable (1 syllable or 2) or (NEW UPDATE) by vowel sound (long or short).

There are many ways to use the 1st section of individual flash cards. Examples of use: student drill, centers, memory game (i.e. concentration game) where students turn over all cards and when each is flipped over, the student must correctly identify the word. If the student correctly identifies the word, he/she can keep that word. If the student does not correctly identify the word, it must be turned over again and the next student takes his/her turn.

The idea : if there is someone in front of the controller the spray/ball will transform into the Spectral and you can control it with your Kinect.

Then, if there is nobody, the Spectral will transform back into the spray/ball and move around.

Africa Lead II- West Africa Program Launch

In our fast and digital times of computers, networking and interactive mobile devices, there is only little room left, for different paces, concentration on quiet things. By utilizing old handcraft techniques such as Macrame – a knotted net using red ribbon wire –, this installation not only aims to preserve the knowledge of traditional artwork, but also the creation processes with time for talk and information exchange. By taking this individual work out of the context of private homes and placing it into public space, this project becomes a beautiful and poetical call for preserving old handwork techniques – also as an inspiring and creative resource for new structures and designs. We definitely enjoyed it !!!
