L&C's third interactive mural was unveiled Tuesday, May 16, 2023. It is entitled, "Grow Through What You Go Through" and the artist is Graphic Design Student Megan Doyle (expected grad, Fall 2023).
This card is interactive by pulling on the top of the window shade.

This interactive painting n#33 consists of 12 square elements which are attached to base by Velcro. Since elements are removable the whole composition is re-arrangeable. If assemble this artwork according to the attached scheme one of four Chinese characters could be visible in the center of the work. The characters are for Love, Life, Fate, and Faith. And there numerous possibilities create complete chaos. You can see images of all four characters of the work in the photostream.
Each element is 30x30cm and the overall size of the composition is 900 by 1200cm.

Fully built and functional exhibit platform. Ideal for mapping applications or other appropriate content. 21" display (maybe 23" ...I can check tomorrow), touchscreen, three continuous-turn rotary knobs, room for signage, and has a ventilated computer enclosure. Like I said in the photo set description, this was built up for a client, and I'm not looking for anything but expenses and to prevent the heartbreak of having to dismantle it -- it's too nice for that fate.
Lewis and Clark Community College unveiled its interactive mural just in time for graduation. The design competition was won by Breanna Sak of Granite City. The mural will be on display outside The Commons until next spring, when a new design will replace it. The Qomo QIT30 Interactive Tablet is the white on one the right, and the Interwrite Pad is on the left. I've been test-driving both of these for classroom use.
There is a lot to like about this compact and interactive exploration of the subject of permafrost - what it is, where it is, how it came to be, why it is changing, how come that matters, and so on. People of all ages will find things to attract their interest and feed their curiosity. But on this late morning before Christmas day only a few dozen visitors seemed to be distributed throughout the museum's 3 floors of exhibits.

The whole thing seems to run on some laser-style, no-contact req'd matrix. And it's ~3 meters by ~2 meters. Hawesome.

Concept for a interactive tram for the KB (Royal Dutch Library). Passengers can use augmented reality in combination with the touch window/sreens to search in the collection of the KB. If they find anything they like, they can send the information as a text-message or email, or get out at the KB stop to get the item they want.
