ENG: Today I have some photo art for your eyes. I photographed the tram line at Arnswalder Platz in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg district with my iPhone and then traced the whole thing in Affinity's iPad application. And this is what came out.
My main focus was on the Tatra tram KT4D, which is about to be taken out of service in Berlin.

GER: Heute gibt es von mir mal wieder ein wenig Foto Kunst für eure Augen. Ich habe hier die Tram Trasse am Arnswalder Platz im Berliner Bezirk Prenzlauer Berg mit meinem iPhone fotografiert und danach das ganze in der iPad Applikation von Affinity nachgezeichnet. Und das ist nun dabei rausgekommen.
Mein Hauptaugenmerk lag hier auf die Tatra Straßenbahn KT4D, diese kurz vor der Ausmusterung in Berlin steht.
ENG: Swallowed in the stomach of the Berlin underground. ☻ So beautifully empty it can also be sometimes with the public transport in the capital. Unusual but real. So you can test the new wide-angle function of the iPhone at your leisure.
GER: Verschluckt im Bauch der Berliner U-Bahn. ☻ So schön leer kann es auch mal sein beim Öffentlichen Nahverkehr in der Hauptstadt. Ungewöhnlich aber real. So kann man ganz in Ruhe die neue Weitwinkel Funktion des iPhones testen.

Isolated thunderstorms at sunset with a cloud free horizon in the west creates what I call "Thunderset". It combines THUNDERstorm and sunSET. It is perhaps the top 10 favorite weather subjects to capture. This event occurs a handful of times each summer in Cheyenne.

ENG: The DB (German Railroads) class 483/484 consists of the manufacturer consortium Stadler Berlin-Pankow and Siemens for the suburban train Berlin. The class 483 refers to so-called quarter trains, consisting of two cars; the class 484, on the other hand, consists of half trains, consisting of four cars. The trains are scheduled to go into service from early 2021.
Introduction to the Berlin suburban train network:
Status: 01.11.2020
1.) A first practical test will start in January 2021. The first ten pre-series vehicles will be tested in regular passenger service on the S47 from Spindlersfeld over Schöneweide to Hermannstraße.
2.) From July 2022, additional vehicles will be used on the S46 line between Königs Wusterhausen and the main station.
3.) From October 2022, additional vehicles will be used on the S8 line between (Wildau-)Grünau and Hohen Neuendorf.
4.) Between April and October 2023, the two-stage commissioning of the new S-Bahn trains on the S41 and S42 ring line is scheduled.

GER: Die DB (Deutsche Bahn) Baureihe 483/484 besteht aus dem Herstellerkonsortium Stadler Berlin-Pankow und Siemens für die S-Bahn Berlin. Die Baureihe 483 bezeichnet hierbei sogenannte Viertelzüge, bestehend aus zwei Wagen; die Baureihe 484 dagegen aus Halbzüge, bestehend aus vier Wagen. Die Züge sollen ab Anfang 2021 zum Einsatz kommen.

1.) Ab Januar 2021 beginnt ein erster Praxistest. Die ersten zehn Vorserienfahrzeuge werden im regulären Fahrgastbetrieb auf der S47 von und nach Spindlersfeld - Schöneweide - Hermannstraße erprobt.
2.) Ab Juli 2022 werden weitere Fahrzeuge auf der Strecke S46 zwischen Königs Wusterhausen und Hauptbahnhof eingesetzt.
3.) Ab Oktober 2022 wird der Einsatz weiterer Fahrzeuge auf der Linie S8 zwischen (Wildau-)Grünau und Hohen Neuendorf erfolgen.
4.) Zwischen April und Oktober 2023 ist die zweistufige Inbetriebnahme der neuen S-Bahnzüge auf der Ringbahn S41 und S42 anberaumt.

Took a trip with my other half to Battersea Power Station as she had not been there since the rebuilding. We went onto the RideLondon route afterwards to see her sister finish the 100 mile circuit just after 6 pm.

ENG: Last weekend on Sunday there were many demonstrations in Berlin and across Germany against Put:in its war against Ukraine. About 60,000 thousand people were on the streets of Berlin alone to demonstrate against this madness. And so I was there with my child, if only because children can only lose in this war. The cardboard figure in my picture was brought to Berlin from the Rosenmontagszug in Düsseldorf, which was cancelled due to the pandemic, so that the Putin float could at least be present at the peace demonstration. The slogan: "Choke on it!!!"

GER: Vergangenes Wochenende am Sonntag gab es in Berlin und deutschlandweit viele Demonstrationen gegen Put:in seinen Krieg gegen die Ukraine. Etwa 60.000 Tausend Menschen waren alleine in Berlin auf den Straßen unterwegs um gegen diesen Irrsinn zu demonstrieren. Und so war auch ich mit meinen Kind dort unterwegs, alleine schon deshalb, weil Kinder nur verlieren können bei diesem Krieg. Diese Pappfigur auf meinem Bild wurde extra vom Pandemie abgesagten Düsseldorfer Rosenmontagszug nach Berlin gebracht, um den Putin-Wagen wenigstens bei der Friedens-Demo dabei zu haben. Der Slogan: „Erstick dran!!!“
