Still waiting on my lens coming for my camera so tried out a few shots with my iPhone, great results for a phone, they really are getting better all the time.
This was was taken 40 mins before sunset.
I took this photograph mid morning during a falling tide on an uninhabited, Ft. Pierce, Florida beach. The iPhone is "looking" SE. The NE wind is strong, swaying the sea oats and dune grasses. The scene must be much like what survivors of the ill fated, 1715 Spanish "Plate Fleet" encountered when their ships grounded and sank offshore. It's magical at night under the moon.

ENG: The sea. The forest. And you. Moin, Moin in the Baltic seaside resort Kellenhusen. And yes, we totally enjoyed it there. A not so crowded beach and in addition a nice looking pier. The new pier was inaugurated in June 2007. It offers with three "theme islands" possibilities to relax and swim. Smaller ships can dock at the pier head, which improves the tourism of the place by better connections with the big neighbors like Lübeck or Travemünde and Fehmarn. In addition, you can get married on the pier and since 2019 it has been illuminated in the evening with a special lighting concept.

GER: Das Meer. Der Wald. Und Du. Moin, Moin im Ostseebad Kellenhusen. Und ja, wir haben es dort total genossen. Ein nicht so überfüllter Strand und dazu noch eine schön anzusehende Seebrücke. Die neue Seebrücke wurde im Juni 2007 eingeweiht. Diese bietet mit drei „Themeninseln“ Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und Baden. Am Seebrückenkopf können kleinere Schiffe anlegen, was den Tourismus des Ortes durch bessere Verbindungen mit den großen Nachbarn wie Lübeck oder Travemünde und Fehmarn verbessert. Zudem kann man auf der Seebrücke heiraten und seit 2019 wird sie abends mit einem besonderen Lichtkonzept illuminiert.
ENG: The 14th floor monument building is a residential and commercial high-rise on Hallesches Ufer in Berlin Kreuzberg and was completed in 1971. A highlight for architecture lovers and photographers alike, is the semicircular courtyard of the polygonal high-rise.
For the developer Heinz Mosch, the architects Hermann Fehling and Daniel Gogel built a residential and commercial complex with around 116 apartments, offices and practices as well as 8 stores on Hallesches Ufer at the corner of Wilhelmstraße directly on the Landwehrkanal in 1968-1970.

GER: Das 14-geschossige Baudenkmal ist ein Wohn- und Geschäftshochhaus am Hallesches Ufer in Berlin Kreuzberg und wurde 1971 fertiggestellt. Ein Highlight für Architekturliebhaber und Fotografen gleichermaßen, ist der halbrunde Innenhof des polygonalen Hochhauses.
Für den Bauunternehmer Heinz Mosch errichteten die Architekten Hermann Fehling und Daniel Gogel 1968-1970 am Halleschen Ufer Ecke Wilhelmstraße direkt am Landwehrkanal ein Wohn- und Geschäftskomplex mit rund 116 Wohnungen, Büros und Praxen sowie 8 Läden.

For a few days we stopped in Füssen, directly at the German-Austrian border. And since the days were very very warm, we also spent quite a long time at the Hopfensee and could enjoy this wonderful sunset.
Hopfen am See is a district of the Bavarian town of Füssen in the Swabian district of Ostallgäu in Germany and almost a stone's throw from Austria. The air and Kneipp spa, which is characterized by tourism, is located on the northern shore of the Hopfensee about four kilometers northwest of Füssen and offers a beautiful view towards the Alps.

GER: Sommer Urlaubs Impressionen. ☻
Ein paar Tage lang hatten wir Stopp in Füssen gemacht, direkt an der deutsch-österreichischen Grenze. Und da die Tage sehr sehr warm waren, sind wir auch ziemlich lange am Hopfensee gewesen und konnten diesen wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang genießen.
Hopfen am See ist ein Stadtteil der bayerischen Stadt Füssen im schwäbischen Landkreis Ostallgäu in Deutschland und fast einen Steinwurf von Österreich entfernt. Der vom Tourismus geprägte Luft- und Kneippkurort liegt am Nordufer des Hopfensees etwa vier Kilometer nordwestlich von Füssen und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick in Richtung der Alpen.

ENG: Last weekend was once again a visit announced in the Palace Park Sanssouci and a small side trip to the state capital Potsdam in Brandenburg. Unfortunately, because of Corona almost everything is closed as far as culture is concerned, but fortunately there is the extensive park.

GER: Letztes Wochenende war mal wieder ein Besuch angesagt im Schloss Park Sanssouci sowie ein kleiner Abstecher in die Landeshauptstadt Potsdam in Brandenburg. Leider ist Corona bedingt ja fast alles geschlossen was Kultur betrifft, aber zum Glück gibt es ja den weitläufigen Park.
ENG: This new building is located directly on Stralauer Platz behind the Schulz Hotel in Berlin's Friedrichshain district. Once again a residential building that offers only condominium, but for this the residents have a fantastic view of the Spree river and the East Side Gallery. Currently, this place with its perspective is a real photo hotspot.

GER: Direkt am Stralauer Platz und hinter dem Schulz-Hotel im Berliner Ortsteil Friedrichshain befindet sich dieser Neubau. Mal wieder ein Wohnhaus das nur Eigentumswohnung bietet, aber dafür haben die Bewohner einen fantastischen Blick auf die Spree sowie der East-Side-Gallery. Aktuell ist dieser Ort mit seiner Perspektive ein richtiger Foto Hotspot.
A view looking east into downtown Austin from the rusted rails of the West 3rd St. Railroad Trestle over Shoal Creek. Constructed in 1925 by the International-Great Northern Railroad as a replacement to an earlier 1876 bridge, the wooden structure is one of the last physical reminders of the rail lines that fueled Austin's rapid development as a regional hub starting in the 1870s. The trestle was last used in the 1990s, and is currently nominated for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places.
With a population of just over one million residents, Austin is the 10th largest city in the United States. The Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos Metropolitan Area, now with a population of 2.3M, also is the fastest growing large metropolitan area in the country having added more than 579,000 residents since 2010.
ENG: Follow me out of the darkness! ☻ You can see the entrance and exit of the "Escape Berlin - Europe's largest Live Escape Room Game". This is located in Prenzlauer Berg directly at the Landsberger Allee Suburban Train station.

The FUTURIUM building was opened on 5 September 2019 and is a kind of future museum and thus aims to answer open questions about the future. Admission is free and anyone can visit it not far from Berlin's main railway station. I personally can only recommend it. If only because the roof terrace (skywalk) offers a beautiful panoramic view over Berlin's city centre.

GER: Zu sehen ist der überdimensionierte Lampenschirm im FUTURIUM auf dem Weg zum Obergeschoss.
Der FUTURIUM Bau wurde am 5. September 2019 eröffnet und ist eine Art Zukunfts-Museum und soll so offene Fragen der Zukunft beantworten. Der Eintritt ist Frei und darf von jedem unweit des Berliner Hauptbahnhofs besucht werden. Ich persönlich kann es nur empfehlen. Alleine schon deswegen, da die Dachterrasse (Skywalk) einen schönen Panorama Blick über Berlins Mitte bietet.
ENG: Good morning everyone! Now the polar vortex Split with its squalls is there and has brought us here in Berlin some snow. There are only a good 5 centimeters but better than nothing. For this we still have a feel temperature of about -18℃. You can see the Brandenburg Gate at -8℃ and snowflakes in the Berlin district Mitte. ☻

GER: Guten Morgen ihr lieben! Nun ist der Polarwirbel Split mit seinen Sturmböen da und hat uns hier in Berlin einiges an Schnee gebracht. Es sind zwar nur gut 5 Zentimeter aber besser als nichts. Dafür haben wir immer noch eine gefühlte Temperatur von etwa -18℃. Zu sehen ist das Brandenburger Tor bei -8℃ und Schneeflocken im Berliner Ortsteil Mitte. ☻
ENG: You can see the glass roof of the Berlin "Galeria Kaufhof Karstadt" shopping center building on the upper floor in a wide angle shot. This well-known five-storey building is located directly on Alexanderplatz and invites Berliners and tourists to shop again and again.

GER: Zu sehen ist das Glasdach des Berliner „Galeria Kaufhof Karstadt“ Gebäudes im Obergeschoss in einer Weitwinkel Aufnahme. Dieses bekannte fünfgeschossige Bauwerk steht direkt auf dem Alexanderplatz und lädt Berliner und Touristen immer wieder zum shoppen ein.
ENG: The Lübeck Central Station is the largest and most important passenger station in the Hanseatic City of Lübeck. The four-aisle platform hall is 130 m long, 85 m wide and spans ten tracks as well as four platforms. With around 31,000 travelers and visitors per day, Lübeck's central station is the busiest station in Schleswig-Holstein. The station was built in 1908 to a design by Fritz Klingholz to replace the previous building and to improve express train connections. Lübeck Central Station was added to the list of monuments of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck as a special cultural monument in 1992. The last major renovation took place between 2001 and 2007. After the modernization of the so-called Reiterbahnhof [*1], it was also connected to the electric railroad network in December 2008.

GER: Der Lübecker Hauptbahnhof ist der größte und wichtigste Personenbahnhof der Hansestadt Lübeck. Die vierschiffige Bahnsteighalle ist 130 m lang, 85 m breit und überspannt zehn Gleise sowie vier Bahnsteige. Mit rund 31.000 Reisenden und Besuchern pro Tag ist Lübecks Hauptbahnhof der frequenzstärkste Bahnhof Schleswig-Holsteins. Der Bahnhof wurde 1908 nach Entwurf von Fritz Klingholz erbaut, um das bisherige Gebäude zu ersetzen und um die Schnellzugverbindungen zu verbessern. Der Lübecker Hauptbahnhof wurde 1992 als besonderes Kulturdenkmal in die Denkmalliste der Hansestadt Lübeck aufgenommen. Die letzte Grunderneuerung fand in den Jahren 2001 bis 2007 statt. Nach der Modernisierung des sogenannten Reiterbahnhofs [*1] wurde er im Dezember 2008 auch an das elektrische Bahnnetz angeschlossen.
*1 = „Ein Reiterbahnhof ist eine Bahnstation, bei der das Empfangsgebäude gleich einer Brücke quer über den Gleisanlagen liegt.“

ENG: Just stand between things. ☻ The red light phase at the crosswalk was worth it. You can use the time for a long exposure.
Two trams of the type Flexity and of the line M4 can be seen at the station Hufelandstraße in Prenzlauer Berg.. Once out of town to Falkenberg and once in town to Hackescher Markt.

GER: Einfach mal zwischen den Dingen stehen. ☻ Da hat sich die rote Ampelphase beim Fußgängerüberweg gelohnt. Da kann man die Zeit schon mal nutzen für eine Langzeitbelichtung.
Zu sehen sind zwei Straßenbahnen des Typs Flexity der Linie M4 an der Haltestelle Hufelandstraße im Prenzlauer Berg. Einmal stadtauswärts nach Falkenberg und einmal stadteinwärts zum Hackescher Markt.
ENG: You can see a grey heron, also called fish heron! I discovered this one at the Teltowkanal lock in Kleinmachnow. This place is located in the district Potsdam-Mittelmark in the federal state Brandenburg. Sometimes a walk brings new impressions and there was a lot to discover there. Whether it is the large lock building, the old historic streetcar from about 1930 directly on the Teltow Canal or the charming landscape.

GER: Zu sehen ist hier ein Graureiher, auch Fischreiher genannt! Diesen habe ich an der Teltowkanal Schleuse in Kleinmachnow entdeckt. Dieser Ort liegt im Landkreis Potsdam-Mittelmark im Bundesland Brandenburg. Manchmal bringt ein Spaziergang neue Eindrücke mit sich und es gab dort einiges zu entdecken. Ob es das große Schleusen Gebäude ist, die alte historische Straßenbahn von etwa 1930 direkt am Teltow-Kanal oder die bezaubernde Landschaft.
ENG: The Stralauer Platz is a historically grown city square in the Berlin district Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg between Ostbahnhof (former Schlesischer station and Central station) and the northern bank of the Spree River. Created in the 18th century, the square got its name in 1823 after the direction to the peninsula Stralau. And exactly here I snapped my photo of the main entrance of the EnergieForum-Berlin.
From the beginning the Stralauer Platz in Berlin-Friedrichshain stood under the sign of the energy. So around 1847 Stand here already at that time the first municipal gas station for gas lighting in Berlin. The today's central magazine building under monument protection was then finished by the city administration "GASAG" around 1908 and supplied so for decades the Berlin districts with gas.
After German reunification, the entire property became the property of the Berlin Senate. The historic areas, such as the central magazine and Kontorhaus, were extensively restored by 2002 and an atrium was added. These are now the headquarters of the Center for Future Energies, International Solar Center and the Berlin Energy Agency, thus combined as Energieforum Berlin.

GER: Der Stralauer Platz ist ein historisch gewachsener Stadtplatz im Berliner Bezirk Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg zwischen Ostbahnhof (ehem. Schlesischer Bahnhof und Hauptbahnhof) und dem Nordufer der Spree. Der im 18. Jahrhundert angelegte Platz erhielt 1823 seinen Namen nach der Richtung zur Halbinsel Stralau. Und genau hier habe ich mein Foto vom Haupteingang des EnergieForum-Berlin geknipst.
Von Anfang an stand der Stralauer Platz in Berlin-Friedrichshain unter dem Zeichen der Energie. So um 1847 Stand hier schon damals die erste Städtische Gasanstalt für die Gasbeleuchtung in Berlin. Das heutige unter Denkmalschutz stehende Zentralmagazin-Gebäude wurde dann von der Stadtverwaltung „GASAG“ um 1908 fertiggestellt und versorgte so jahrzehntelang die Berliner Stadtteile mit Gas.
Nach der deutschen Wiedervereinigung fiel die gesamte Immobilie in den Besitz des Berliner Senats. Die historischen Bereiche wie das Zentralmagazin und Kontorhaus wurde bis 2002 umfassend restauriert und um ein Atrium erweitert. Diese sind nunmehr Sitz des Zentrums Zukunftsenergien, International Solar Center und der Berliner Energieagentur also zusammengefasst als Energieforum Berlin.
The moon peaks above the horizon, as seen from the parking lot at Montauk Point Lighthouse, the easternmost part of Long Island, also called "The End." The full moon was technically the next morning, but this waxing moon looked plenty full to me. ENG: A Saturday afternoon in Frankfurt on the Oder combined with a walk along the Oder Promenade with a view to the Polish side.
This city bridge, about 252 meters long, is used by thousands of people every day between the German border city of Frankfurt (Oder) and the Polish twin city of Slubice. This bridge structure is a part of the federal highway 5, which spans the Oder River in Frankfurt (Oder). The border bridge is located in the course of the inner-city border crossing between Frankfurt and Słubice. It spans an Oder promenade, the Oder waterway, a harbor entrance and a flooding area. The state border between the two countries runs through the middle of the Oder navigation channel, so that about 70% of the bridge is on Polish territory.

GER: Ein Samstag Nachmittag in Frankfurt an der Oder verbunden mit einem Spaziergang an der Oder Promenade mit Blick zur polnischen Seite.
Diese etwa 252 Meter lange Stadtbrücke nutzen jeden Tag tausende Menschen zwischen der deutschen Grenzstadt Frankfurt (Oder) und der polnischen Partnerstadt Slubice. Dieses Brückenbauwerk ist ein Teil der Bundesstraße 5, das in Frankfurt (Oder) die Oder überspannt. Die Grenzbrücke befindet sich im Zuge des innerstädtischen Grenzübergangs zwischen Frankfurt und Słubice. Sie überspannt eine Oderpromenade, die Oderwasserstraße, eine Hafeneinfahrt und einen Überflutungsbereich. In der Schifffahrtsrinnenmitte der Oder verläuft die Staatsgrenze zwischen beiden Ländern, so dass sich zirka 70 % der Brücke auf polnischem Territorium befinden.
ENG: You can see the lightwell of a stairwell in Berlin Bötzow quarter, Prenzlauer Berg. This interesting architectural work of art I have once again discovered by chance. It is always interesting to see what could be built at that time.

GER: Zu sehen ist der Lichtschacht eines Treppenhauses im Berliner Bötzowkiez, Prenzlauer Berg. Dieses interessante Baukunstwerk habe ich mal wieder durch Zufall entdeckt. Es ist immer wieder interessant zu sehen, was damals so alles gebaut werden konnte.
