Contrast and brightness tweaked a bit in PS.
Strange thing I realized about this image, is that I can rotate it anyhow and it will still be the right way round..:D, I am sure there must be a term for such images/perspective, would anyone be kind enough to enlighten me? Thanks in advance..:D
A framed view of the Alexander Column, Palace Square and Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg, Russia.
Palace Square is the central city square of St Petersburg and of the former Russian Empire. It was the setting of many events of worldwide significance, including the Bloody Sunday (1905) and the October Revolution of 1917.

The morning light at the Taj Mahal was really spectacular, special to be there on a cold winter morning with so few people about.

I saw some framed quilts at International Quilt Market in Pittsburgh and couldn't wait to make a small quilt to put in this vintage frame.
Incredible and too rare italian track frame, the WILIER is copper plated, which became the traditional color
scheme for the Wilier professional team bikes after World War 2.
It' s in good condictions, no dents only some scratchs.

P.S. .. continuing to challenge myself to take advantage of summer and have all of my August MacroMonday challenges taken in the great outdoors.
A filtered rarity, All exposure and lighting work done in camera, the monochrome is the only post-part.
I'm not big on filters, even the monochrome tint ones, but I thought the green monochrome was more effective than the original B&W I was going for. I don't see much monochrome LP work, and would like to produce more of it.
Didn't make it out tonight so here's an old 'junker'.

I love these purple Tibouchina flowers, the middle almost looks like an alien or a sea creature. I think this fills the frame.

Old market Omaha Nebraska, this lady was nice enough to stop while carrying this frame to let me get the shot, her daughter smiling in the background.

Spring of 1986 me finks as the book containing all the lovely details from this period exited left years ago...
This cute little frame was handmade by me using polymer clay over a little wooden frame. It will hold a 2.5" x 3.5" photo. It is actually the perfect size for an ACEO! The entire frame measures 4" x 5" and includes glass.
I've covered the entire frame in brown Fimo polymer clay and added texture. It was baked to cure the clay and then painted with acrylic and metallic paints. It features little puppy themed trinkets such as a fire hydrant, dog house, t-bone steak, spiked collar, rolled up newspaper, paw prints and bones of all shapes and sizes.
